employees which are not following rules and regulation in proper manner, because every
employee is not of same behaviour as some are very disciplined and some which do not follow

than LAN but not mote
WAN as it covers 100,
kilometres range.
Cost Involved In this less cost is
involved as it is a
small network.
WAN need huge amount
of set up cost as it is
huge network.
As it is medium network

more than LAN and less
than WAN.

Different stages of System Development Life Cycle.
System Development Life Cycle consist seven stages:
System Planning – Planning comes at the top of this life cycle, as every business starts with
planning because without planning there is nothing which can happened, person on apply those
things in life which he had planned. For example if someone is starting a new business or
investing in particular business then first step is to make a plan that what is the purpose behind
business or in which business should invest and what will be the whole process of running
business and it can only clarified when someone makes plans. So planning is first most thing is
system development life cycle.(Tyson., 2017)
System Analysis and Requirements – Analysis is one of the most important stages in this life
cycle in which as without doing analysis no one can get any result or answer like if someone has
started new business their should be analysis of all the information he had collected earlier while
planning because planning is only done after gathering information. Proper analysis of thing

gives a proper design to particular work, and after analyse person understand about all the
requirement which will need in making of particular product or to design it.
System Design - After analysing and understanding all the requirement this stage comes, it is
generally called as making blue of particular product which any company has to made like if
there is lot of planning made then analyse on plan, understand requirement after analyse than
using all this stages information make a design from which the next step will start.
Implement and Deployment – After making a proper design it is that stage in which implement
the best design which had made after knowing all the aspects which are essential for
implementing, it can also be called as constructional process. Implement is very risky process as
it will decide either the thing which has implemented will give right result or not.
System Testing – Testing is particular that stage at which business person that thing which had
been implement in earlier stage is giving good feedback or not and testing can be done by either
any technical team of business or directly by end users.(Bank., 2018) Generally testing is done
firstly by a specialized team which check all the things like system is working properly or not.
System Maintenance – Maintenance is must thing for making system up to date so that it will not
face problem or become obsolete in coming years and it is also a last stage of system life cycle.
