This project report, submitted in partial fulfillment of a PGDM program at IMI New Delhi, examines the performance of Nestle's NCVP (Nestle Corporate Visibility Program) outlets and Visicooler productivity in Chandigarh, Panchkula, and Mohali. The study is divided into three phases: understanding NCVP guidelines, identifying improvement areas through data analysis, and proposing counter measures and recommendations. The research involves analyzing internal guidelines, channel classifications, and retailer enrollment processes. Data analysis focused on identifying trends and discrepancies in outlet performance, including zero-billed retailers and top-performing outlets. Based on this analysis and engagement with stakeholders, the project recommends strategies to enhance visibility, improve stock placement, and increase overall productivity. The report provides a comprehensive overview of the FMCG industry, Nestle India's operations, and the project's objectives, methodologies, and findings, offering insights into optimizing outlet performance and maximizing asset utilization.
