3. Developing the Project Proposal
Activity 3.1
Project Selection
The selection of the project is dependent upon the entire project to find out the
analytical and critical dissertation that is established by the different fields of research and
with the development of a hypothesis on the identified issue or problem. Therefore, the
project would be developed in a theoretical way with the help of collecting relevant data
through the secondary data collection techniques. This is why, the entire idea is dependent
upon the selection of the topic for research, which are the Mobile based expert system model
for animal health monitoring, Near-Field Communication based-model for health information
portability and a prototype for locating and choosing office space as a service.
Activity 3.2
Mind Mapping
Mind mapping is conducted amongst the entire plan for the chosen topic dependent
upon the choice between the topics, which is chosen to be the Near-Field Communication
based-model for health information portability. Mind Mapping is usually done to organize the
gathered information in the most visually articulate way possible. Following would be

Drafting the research proposal
Introduction
The entire research is formulated on the basis of finding out the health information
system and information portability for the health information of animals and the issues in the
project with the utilization of the information portability using Near-Field Communications.

Aims and Objectives
The aim is to find out the relevant information regarding the system based on the Near
Field Communications for the portability of animal health information.
The objective behind this would be established by the estimation of the working
structure of the health information systems for reporting the animal health information and
the ways they can or cannot feasibly depict the portability of the information.
Rationale
The rationale behind the development of the research is to find out the relevant
feasibility of the data for the NFC and the portability of the health information with the help
of the EMR Systems and the development of the technologies for the portability.
Outline of the Proposed Methodology
The research methodology selected for this has been established as both qualitative
and quantitative methods because the involvement of the methods needs to be identified for
the collection of the data and the qualitative method for the formulation of an open-ended
question in the questionnaire.
Proposed Schedule of Work
The proposed schedule of the work is estimated to be around the completion of the
entire research for about 75 days with the initiation phase and the research closure phase.

Ethical Considerations and Process
The storage of the electronic health information for the animals would be dependent
of the confidentiality of the data followed by the consent required from the patients, the
practitioners of the healthcare and the veterinary hospital.
Activity 3.3
Reflecting on the Research Proposal
Conducting the research proposal, I would find it extremely important to find out how
the issues that arise in the utilization of the information portability using Near-Field
Communications is feasibly conducted with the utilization of the findings through the
research. The reflections need to be based upon the questions asked about the topic to find
out how the research is feasible as an information management procedure. This would also
answer the questions about the use of the new technology by the healthcare staff who have
been using the traditional methods for animal health information management.

Explaining the discussion of ideas
The idea that has been found out due to the conduction of the researches feasibly as
per the issues found in the topic for the utilization of the information portability using Near-
Field Communications for the portability of the animal health information.

Activity 3.5
Posting the Peer Review
The peer review is based on the presentation of the entire research report to the peers
and taking the feedback from them. The three questions that need to be asked would be as
follows:
 How does the Near Field Communications ensure proper profitability of the
animal health information?
 How would be the proper information security restored in Near Field
Communications used for the animal health information?
How would the employees in the healthcare sector be accustomed in utilizing the new
technology in managing the health information about the animals with Near Field
Communications?
