frame and 25%of the paid amount will be refunded if the firm fail to deliver the
website with agreed specifications.

To resolve any difficulties pertaining to website can be availed by making an annual
payment of 300 AUD for services.
Maintenance
The IT department will intimate the client prior to carrying out any maintenance activity of
