Safety Objectives of Nepal Airlines
The safety objectives are the integral approach to the Airlines which ensures that all the
functions are aligned and the objectives carried out are functioning safely. These ensures safety
governance structure, support for common purpose and outcomes which can help in managing
risks and approaches. There must be a performance monitoring to be carried out to keep the
graph. There must be a record of various tasks which can be evaluated as per the audit of
Enhanced International Operational Safety Audits(IOSA) which can be used to define safety
concerns at the Airport. Safety objectives which are undertaken by the Nepal Airlines are:
To guarantee the safety of all the passengers, staff and clients which the aim to provide a
safe and easy working conditions for all.
Treating all the safety issues at the airport and on Board.
There must be initiatives which can undertake the safety and improved regulations
conditions which make the environment calm and secure.
There must be cost improvement and bearing operational requirement with improved
cost benefits in mind.
Implementation of all legislations and regulations which focus on safety and updating
system of current legislations and various safety norms. Which can help in salient
functioning of the firm.
Manager must make sure that there must be all the resources available for the better
functioning of the airport like safety, security and basic requirements which are made

under the rules and regulations (EU) No 376/2014. every report will be investigated with
the purpose of improvement for the level of safety.
There must be special safety check at the check in and check outs. With the reactive
management techniques which can minimise the risk and danger.
There must be power allotted to the managers which can be used to resolve conflicts
which aroused under the safety concerns.
There must be a proper safety management system to ensure the groups which manages
the concerns related with safety and risk factors in both reactive and proactive ways.
Many of the events are recorded and investigated further for the safety performance and
to resolve the conflicts.
There must be a septate committee for the reviewing the work. All the safety meetings
are attended by the subject matters for respective disciplines.
Various risks are addressed proactively by conduction of cross-departmental risks for the
changes which are implemented for any changes.
