In terms of maintaining the ethical consideration, I have referred to the foremost ethics of
not forcing the respondents to contribute in the study and rather make a willing participation in
the investigation.

The view of my research topic changed in terms of undertaking effective HRM practices
by together applying pertinent tools of motivation to encourage the civil servants of Nepal.
