Introduction
Effective management regarding business projects is defined as business management. A
business is enabled to gain a competitive advantage in the globalized competitive market by
taking resort to several effective strategies and executing them proficiently. Business Projects
can be classified into three types including operational, strategic as well as recurring (Fleming
and Koppelman, 2016). The form of business projects is chosen based on the operations of the
business. An effectual business project is chosen in accordance with the needs of the
stakeholders, customers as well as the economic benefits of the company ( Heagney, 2016).
Globalization is referred to as the technology, products as well as information’ projection across
the global borders, which does not include cultural differences into account (Kerzner, 2017).
Globalization has led to increased competition among businesses. In this assignment, the project
management plan of the multinational company, Nestle will be broadly discussed.

The project aims for the analysis of the effect of globalization on the business performance of
Nestle.
Objectives of the Project
The project work will have several objectives, which are as follows:

ï‚· To scrutinize the effect of globalization on the training, selection as well as recruitment
processes of Nestle company
ï‚· To recognize the effect of globalization on the Nestle Company, whether it is positive or
