What was the Project supposed to accomplish?
The objective of the project is to know that how the Nestle makes improvement in the techniques of
staffing, selecting and training to meet standards internationally.
Did the project succeed in its aims/ how do you know? Specifically, please outline any evaluation and
assessment undertaken.
Yes, because the evaluation and assessment is done by personally visiting the company, by taking
survey of the respondents and by examining the secondary data.
What things do you think worked well and why? Evaluate all aspects of the project (e.g initial inception,
project activities and project outcomes) from a range of perspectives.
All the things worked well. As in the initial inspection I have examine the secondary data and prepare
questionnaire to take the survey of the respondents, Analyze the data which is gathered from the survey.
The outcomes of the project are achieved and the information generated from the data collection is
sufficient and shows that the Nestle enhance the methods of employment, selection and training of their
employees to meet up the global standards.
What problems emerged during the project and how were they tackled? Was there timely identification
of issues and resolution during the project process?
The problems emerged are-
Respondents were not responding on time, Selection of suitable methodology, Difficulty in finding the
target group. I have tackled by personally inviting the company and meet with the executive of HR
