RESEARCH BACKGROUND:
Globalisation is a process by which it initiated the business to bring their activities into
international market and expand their working into large scale. By adapting the processes of
globalisation, it helps companies to enhance their financial structure and economy of the
country by dealing in more import and export of goods and services. It not only support the
business to expand their organisation but also enhances their marketing procedure through
promoting their products online or communicating freely and transporting their goods from
one place to another. Present project is based on Nestle company which was founded by
Henri Nestle in 1866. This company mainly deal their business in food and drink products
and by these services they are to be considered to be one of the largest food company whose
revenue is CHF 91.43 billion. They are engaged with large number of employees working in
the premises and also they enhanced their brand name by recruiting the people on the bases
of the skills, knowledge and experience. The purpose of conducting their research resulting
in bringing more of changes in recruitment, selection and training procedure of employees to
commit work in Nestle company.

From the above study it is to be concluded that globalisation is such a process by which it
helps companies to take effective decision regarding expanding their operational activities
into global market. In such case matter related to recruitment, selection and training
procedure of employees it develops the company stability and reputation if they recruit the
right candidates to complete their work and bring more success to the company. Thus
nestle company is the multinational company and engaged with large number of
employees. Thus, their training procedure is also important which resulting enhancing their
business at global market. It is also concluded from above report that implementing such
strategies and techniques in right way result to bring more success to the companies at
