INTRODUCTION

run. A project mainly include resources and also its failure affect more on functioning of
business. In this, globalisation is procedure by which the organisations develop their
international impact to operational business on global level. Reason for it's cause is due to
advancements in communication and transportation sector. (Al Ariss, Cascio and Paauwe, 2014).
The report to be discussed is of Nestle organisation, which is one of the leading food company in
world and it conduct its operations in all over world. This report also discusses about making a
plan to manage projects so to cover time, quality, risk, scope, communication and resources
aspects. There will be discussion about to have a insight in research methods(quantitative an
qualitative) so to meet aims and objectives of project.

to this, department of human resources is responsible for hiring, selecting and to train employees
to meet international requirements. For recruitment and selection, multinational companies use
different ways to find and develop sources to determine availability for the number of employees
required, and to attract the candidates by adopting techniques etc.

Globalisation is incorporation of different markets in world economy which results in
increased connectivity among national economies of the world . This presented report is of
Nestle company. It is largest food organisation in world, measured through revenue. Specific
recruitment and selection techniques for an instance applications, interviews and postings are
similar for multinational firms. Their main aim is to hire those employees which can be able to
