Project management plan is a type of structure which generally used for describing the phase of
the project. It is body of knowledge which helps in analysing and conducting the research in a
effective and efficient manner.
Scope:- it is a utility of information gathered at the time research which is basically
known as scope. The scope of the research is wide because the data which has been collected at
the time of research is used in different areas. Scope of the research is useful on academic sector
because this data helps the students for gaining more knowledge and this research project is very
much helpful to other researcher in conducting in future on the same topic.
Cost:- Cost is one of the most essential part of the research without cost it is not possible
to conduct the research. Cost is mainly required for the data analysis and data collection.
Research is almost required for making the plan of expenses and income that involves in the
research. The cost which is required for the project is $2000 and cost involves each and every
activity for analysing and it has been decided according to the budget which has been prepared.
Time:- Time required for all the activities in the research project which is basically
planned before conducting this research. If the time is consumed is not analysed then it is much
more difficult for the scholar to complete the research on time. For that research researcher have
to make the schedule that how much time required for the research. Research will not complete
on time with the viability and reliability of the research if time is not properly managed.

Communication:- Communication is one of the main part of the research for interacting
and communicating with others. It plays an important role for gathering and collecting the data
from others. Moreover, there are various tools used for communicating such as the telephones,
emails, messengers which is basically used for the communication with the participants and
individuals. It is also used for translating the numericals and also other language data.
Risk:- there are so many risks is occurred due to so many uncertainties of the events,
which is on high degree because it is very important for the researcher to analyse and identify the
risk which has been occurred at the time of research and in the future. At the time of conducting
the research there are numbers of research factors has been occurred such as the physical injuries
to the researcher, loss of the data and also theft of data and equipments. The occurrence of the
risk may affect the research and outcomes so it is necessary to evaluate the occurrence of the risk
in research.
Resources:- There are so many resources which has been used at the time of conducting
the researches such as the equipments human resources, financial resources etc. when it comes to
carried out the data, it is necessary to identify the resources. The resources which is required for
the scholar is internet, laptops, stationery etc.

P5 RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
Research approach
Research approach is type of process and plan for consisting the steps of broad
assumptions for the detailed method of the research. There are mainly two types of the research
approach such as the deductive and inductive research approach. Deductive research approach
mainly concerned with the building of the hypothesis which is based on the existing theories and
on the other hand the inductive research approach is the reasoning which begins with the theories
and observations which has been proposed at the time of research end. However, the rehearser
will use the inductive research approach for this research because it is applicable towards the
analytical analysis and study(Brown, and et.al., 2019).
Research design
It is a set of process and methods which is generally used in the analysing and collecting
the measure of variables that specified in the problem of research. Research design is basically
differentiated between two categories such as the experimental and descriptive. Experimental
research design establish the effect and cause of the relationship that is used in the statistical
tools and on the other hand the descriptive research design define the current statements of teh
phenomena and variables(Kumar, 2019). The researcher will use the descriptive research design
which is used in the research has been carried out through the tools and qualitative methods.
Research philosophy
Research philosophy is all about the beliefs about all the ways in that the data about the
phenomena which has been gathered, used and analysed. Research philosophy is basically
defined in two types such as the positivism and Interpretivism. Positivism term refers to the
factual knowledge which has been gained through observations and on the other hand the
Interpretivism that integrates the human interest and also the position of the idealism that is used
for the group diverting approach with inclusion of the economic, social and ethical aspects.
Researcher will use the Interpretivism approach because it helps in implying the qualitative
attributes that is suitable techniques for assessing the influence of the external factors(Silverman,

It is a method and procedure forgathering and collecting the relevant data and
informations. Data collection basically have the two methods for collecting the data which is
primary and secondary. Researcher will use both the primary data collection method because it
helps in collecting the original data via Questionnaire where it has been contributing the role
between all the member's of the multinational companies(Bresler and Stake, 2017).
Sampling
Sampling is a process which is used in the statistical analysis that is a
predetermined numbers of the observations taken form the larger number of population and the
samples has been taken from the group of members and people. Sampling can be used by two
methods which is probably sampling and non-probability sampling. In this research the
researcher will use the random sampling method which is type of probability sampling method
where equal chance given to the entire population which has been selected and it helps in making
the qualitative research. In this researcher will collect the data of 20 multinational companies and
20 participants(Merriam and Tisdell, 2015.).
Data analysis
Data analysis is a process of cleansing, inspecting, modelling data and transforming with
the goals of discovering the useful information, conclusions and also it supports the decision
making process.
