INTRODUCTION
Globalization is a process through which business can expand its operations worldwide (Beck,
2018). The organizations that have been globalized and are operating in more than one country
are known as Multinational Companies [MNC].
The aim of the report is to conduct research on the topic “Analyzing the impact of globalization
on the recruitment, selection and training of the employees of Nestle”. Through this report, the
aims and objectives of Nestle, an international food giant, has been determined for the
development of its people. The report also covers a comprehensive management plan for the
same. Through this report, small-scale research has been done and recommendations have
been made.
Nestle is an international food and drinks giant, which was founded in the year 1866. It is a
Swiss company and has its headquarters in Vaud, Switzerland (Nestle, 2019). It is one of the
largest public companies in the world operating from about 189 countries. Nestle has
diversified business in food and provides a wide range like baby food, confectionary items,
coffee, tea, etc.
