INTRODUCTION
For most of the organizations, the hiring and deploying the people is the basic goal for
maintaining their position in the market. The term recruitment is defined as the aspect of
the organization in which search for a potential candidate in sufficient number is
undertaken. It mainly focuses on the quality of the work that can be presented by the
individual (Kendrick, 2015). On the other hand, selection is the process through which
the information of evaluating and deciding the people with the particular jobs might be
employed for the business. The major difference with the domestic and international
staffing is examined by the constraints imposed by host government. Training and
development is the basic requirement of the human resource management in the
organization. This can help in providing better performance for the individual and groups
in the organizational setting.
The study demonstrates the aspects of recruitment, selection and training to the
employees of the multinational companies. This might help in encompassing basic
activities that evaluate the job held by the employees within the organization (Browning,
2014). The Multinational companies make sure that their employees are skilled and
willful to work in the organization. This might add to the four objectives that focus on the
individual, societal and organizational objectives.
Nestle is the multinational food and drink company which is located in Switzerland. The
company provides the products such as baby food, medical food and bottled water to
more than 188 countries. The current employees for the organization are around
339000 people through which the main shareholder is L’Oreal (Chandrasekaran et al.,
2016). The study presents the recruitment and selection and training aspects of the
business while recruiting international employees.
