Introduction
In the present time of globalisation every company wants to enter international markets to
expand their brand name and acquire more markets. Nestle is one of the companies that wants
to mark their presence in international markets. For this purpose they must make changes to
their existing recruitment, selection and training process. They may also have to introduce
new recruitment and training process so that they can maintain a comfortable working
environment for the potential employees in the international market. This particular research
will be focusing on such methods and what different types of changes may be required for
Nestle to move forward in the global market. For this a primary research will be done which
will collect data from existing employees and managers on their insights on how to change
the existing recruitment process. Questionnaires will be used to collect relevant data from the
employees and managers which help in introducing the changes required. A Gantt chart will
be prepared to efficiently manage time for this project along with a work breakdown structure
that will also help in successfully managing the project.

LO2 Conduct small-scale research, information gathering and data collection,
generating knowledge to support the project.
P4 Carry out small-scale research by applying qualitative and quantitative research
methods appropriate for meeting project aims and objectives.
Nestle needs to implement its research to identify the recent method of recruitment,
remuneration and training method in the organization. For this research, the mixed method
research will be used, i.e. primary and secondary research both. In primary research, the data
collected from the employees and its manger. The secondary research will be based on the
annual report of the company, journal and newspaper.
Qualitative Research
According to the Steenkamp (2019 ), companies need to enter the international market to
achieve their respective goal. Globalization brings various opportunities to the organization
like the beneficial resource, increases brand awareness, expand business in the target market
and collaboration with other multinational companies.

reason behind is that individual put its all effort to prove its skills. It will be helpful to
organization growth and expand further in another target market as well.
Quantitative Research

expands far knowledge regarding the same research topic. Due to this, it would be analysing
the opinion and knowledge of respective individual who are already connect directly or
indirectly with the company. The researcher has prepared the questionnaire regarding the
