INTRODUCTION
Globalisation is the procedure in which integration as well as interaction take place within
companies, people, government at worldwide level. This process take place mainly due to
advancement in technology related to communication and transportation. Organisation taken in
this research is Nestle. It is a food industry organisation founded in 1866. Main purpose behind
conducting this assignment is to know about how multinational organisations enhance their
selection, recruitment and training procedure for meeting global requirement with the assistance
of their staff members. Project will be going to cover aims and objectives including project
management plans as well as time framework for completing project. In addition to this, there
are several research methodologies that will be used for collecting data.

P1 Project aims and objectives
With the increase in globalisation it has a great impact on international firms to improve
their selection, recruitment and training procedure so that goals as well as objectives will be
accomplish in better manner. Nestle in large scale organisation who is operating their business at
worldwide level but they should adopt several tools and techniques for meeting their
international requirement. Thus, it is important for them to recruit skilled as well as capable staff
for better work performance.
Aim of project: “To identify the significance of staff's training, recruitment and selection
for an employees in meeting of global need.” A survey on Nestle.
Objectives of project -
To develop basic understanding regarding the training, recruitment and selection.
To analyse effectiveness of employee's training, recruitment and selection for an
organisation.
To analysis ways through which training can be offered to the employees of Nestle.
To identify relationship between staff's training and international business opportunities.

P2 Project management plan which cover every aspect
Project management plan is written document which involve outline of overall project by
describing each and every stage of project. There are several components of planning such as
initiating, executing, planning, monitoring, controlling, closing and so on. Below mention are
elements of project management plan i.e., price, scope, time period, attribute, communication,
risk and resources. Explanation are as follows :-
Price – The most essential part of project management as it help an investigator to
analysing cost incurred for several activities relating to this investigation in an appropriate
manner. This analysis assures that, proper cost management of project will be done. For
completing this project Researcher need £100 Euro.
Resources – In organisation for implementing HR practices, there is requirement of
several resources by Nestle. So that, overall organisation will run in effective manner such as
skilled staff members, proper advertisement, funds, internal as well as external recruitment
selection etc.. The main resources needed by researcher are fund, times and information.
Risk There are numerous types of risk which are involved while accomplishing an
investigation. There are several risk which might impact on potential outcomes of the research.
The major risks for an investigation can be funding, period of time as well as inappropriate data
and information for completing project.
Time period - For completion of this project, researcher needs 7 weeks to complete the
entire activities of project in order to gain high efficiency.
P3 Work breakdown structure and Gantt Chart
Work breakdown structure – It refers to the tool that help in dividing complex project
within simple as well as manageable task. Generally, the structure utilised by administrator for
simplifying project as well within this large task are broken down within manageable chunks.
Along with this WBS is not restricted towards particular area it can be implement in every type
of project. In addition to this, respective framework helps in detail cost estimating, control as

Gantt Chart – It is project management graphical presentation which illustrate schedule
of project with the assistance of bar chart. Moreover, Gantt Chart reflect relation as well as
dependency within activities and help them in finishing within effective manner. On the left side
of Gantt Chart list of project tasks, events, as well as milestones are mention. In addition to this,
each and every task in Gantt chart is represented through bars which display entire duration of

P4 Small Scale research by applying qualitative and quantitative research method
Research methodology is important part of project because it helps in identifying method
that will use for conducting research in effective manner. Explanation of these are as follows :-
Primary research – In this method information and data gathered will be first hand which
never been published in any type of books, journal, paper and so on. There are several sources of
gathering or collecting primary data such as observation, online survey, feedbacks, questionnaire
and so on. But this method in time consuming and result in several expenses for organisation.
Secondary research - It is a kind of research that is based on secondary source such as
newspaper, media and television and so on. This research analyse the data from the information
collected in primary research. The benefit of secondary research is that it saves times and is cost
effective as well as an individual can collect information from large scale. The disadvantage of
this research is that the data collected may not be effective and accurate. Along with this the
information cannot be interpreted properly which can incur loss. In addition to this, some of the
data may not be copyrighted which can lead to legal complications.
After analysing primary and secondary, it can be concluded that researcher should use
primary data collection method as it will help in gathering accurate and appropriate outcomes.
Sampling- It refers to the analysis of statistical data to predetermine the figures of
observation taken on large scale. Sampling is conducted in two ways-random as well as
systematic sampling which is depended on the number of population. Sampling saves time and
neglect pecuniary works and becomes useful during shortage of time. The sample size taken for
questionnaire is 12 through random sampling method.

international requirement several things have been learnt by me. As well it enhances my skills,
knowledge and increase for my growth which help me in working on the respective topic in more
effective manner. Along with this several problems have been faced by me while conducting this
project one of the major is time management because this is wide topic and research on this
require proper time for understanding overall scenario in better manner. Along with this, there is
an another problem also faced by e while conducting research such as lack of data and
information. Because it is not easy to gather information it requires proper time which is already
insufficient for me. As well deep research is also required for conducting research and gathering
information in effective manner.
CONCLUSION

What was the Project supposed to accomplish?
The aim of project was to analyse that how multinational companies improves on
recruitment, selection and training practices of their employees for meeting
international markets. The project was supposed to accomplish given aim and
objectives of assigned work. Along with this, it also helps in getting better place
at international level as well as result in increasing productivity of association.
Did the project succeed in its aims/ how do you know? Specifically, please
outline any evaluation and assessment undertaken.
Yes, the project succeeds its aim as it has done through time framework. It was
checked on daily basis for improvement. The researcher has completed project
successfully because time framework assists them to know about outcomes. The
evaluation done on weekly basis that helps proper improvement as well as in
accomplishment of aim. Therefore, if any modification will be needed while
evaluation period then they have done it properly.
What things do you think worked well and why? Evaluate all aspects of the
project (e.g initial inception, project activities and project outcomes) from
a range of perspectives.
The worked was done properly as each and every individual has assigned
particular task and regular monitoring was done for it. Through which we able to
identify issues at appropriate time which help in developing strategies properly
in order to attain goal and objective properly.

The problems which I emerged were time issues, funding issue and lack of
inappropriate respondents. It was tackled as I took helps from my senior people.
