In order to move business at global level and gain high competitive advantage, today
organisation's concern is related to various aspects. To fulfill international requirements,
change of recruitment, selection and training procedures is necessary. For international level
this can help in increment of talented personnel and their skills to work effectively.
Development of current aspects, it is necessary to make advancement in recruitment process
by analysing reports of multinational companies like Nestle. This is one of leading companies
in food and beverages sector spread in over 189 countries. Its range of confectionary in
market is consist of chocolates, baby food, breakfast cereals and many more. To understand
concept of recruitment and its benefits, researchers made proper targets and objectives in this
particular project. Hence, for improvement in the working suggestions are also provided with
scope of project for effective results.

It is important to plan overall project in effective manner for achieving business
objectives as well as to implement changes. As Nestle is enhancing their recruitment,
selection and training process. Thus, for this purpose research team have to design project
management plan which help in conducting each and every activity within effective manner.
There are some major components included in project management plan like related aims,
periods of attaining targets, raw materials, losses and interaction between team members and
so on. Explanation of these are as follows :-

negative impact on organisation.
Communication – Face to face communication plays an important role to analyse

conduct it for completion of activities and desired outcomes. One-way
communication will help researcher to get instant result from clients. Along with this,
they can mail their employees regarding their task and many more. Because within
this procedure effectual decisions will be taken through suggestion of each and every
member. Thus, Nestle can apply this process for minimising changes for conflicts
while applying modifications in staffing process.
Resources: While this research is in process, researcher used resources such as
stationary, data from secondary sources, internet and many more. Theser resources
help researcher in conducting thier research effectively.

P3 Work breakdown structure and Gantt chart
Work-Break down structure is framework that assists in spliting complex processes
into smaller groups. After identifying issues in project WBS helps in inducing project name
and its aims and objectives and so on (Mamic, 2017). With the assistance of WBS organisation
is able to divide overall project within manageable parts as well as result in gaining
objectives within effective criteria.
When activities of project sectioned into small parts researchers used different techniques like
PERT to identify time required in completing the project(Thomson and Thomson, 2017). For
introducing title of project it require 15 days and to prepare aims and objectives 18 days are
required. In addition to this, days are alloted for preparing methods, gathering and analysing
those cmethods for research. This entire procedure will take 32 weeks.

P4 Application of qualitative and quantitative methods in small research
These methods for gathering information and data are trending in small research
methodologies. As well it is important part which helps in conducting research within
effective manner.
Quantitative research - The information and data collected in this research are in numerical
and statistical manner which helps to analyse and representing them in charts, graphs and
arithmetical form. It can assist to check information within effectual manner.
Qualitative research – This research is used to obtain data and information through different
concepts, definitions, symbols and characteristics of the research. Qualitative research is an
exploratory research which non numerical data and information is analysed.
For conducting this research project, qualitative method will be used by researcher for
gathering data as well as information within theoretical manner.
Data Collection – It is method of gathering information as well as data and there are mainly
two sources primary and secondary. Methods are as follows: Primary method – It is most reliable method of gathering information and data as
well primary method provide accurate or correct information. In addition to this, data
gathered from primary method is first hand which was never published before in
books, journal, newspaper etc. There are several source of gaining primary
information such as communication with others, gathering information, through
internet services and so on.
