activities at global level. To complete of project, I have prepared a team of four members where
every member highly qualified and experience in specific field. They are ready to put their
efforts to identifying of project issues. I will provide work according to their skills and provide
appropriate training for the assignment. All team members are experienced so there are creating
major conflicts which affect to results of this project. Thus, to sort out of this problem I have
followed democratic leadership, according to this style every member get chance to participate in
decision making process (Smith, Merna and Jobling, 2014) . They are getting opportunity to take
part, exchange ideas freely and discuss about the project. As a result they can do their work in
their style and complete of assigning work on the basis of task. In hence, it will provide
opportunity to understand how to do work in a team and coordinate with each other in effective
manner. It is understanding that when all members are experienced that time manager everyone
according to their skills and face many problems that will arise in future.
I can apply various approaches of leadership and management styles in order to develop
team in effective manner. The project is mainly related to several activities which is conducted to
improve of HR practices at global level to accomplish of international requirements. During the
project I will do better work and guide of team in effective manner. From the project I will learn
many things that coordinate between different team members and understand on global level
which strategy applied to get business objectives. It will improve my performance and reduce
weakness in effective manner. On the basis of project enhance my skills which can help to get
growth in future and perform in effective manner. On the basis of project I will identify many
weaknesses like lack of management skill but it will improve in effective manner (Storey,
