communication etc. Along with this, Gantt chart and Work-break down structure will also
included which will help me in identification of starting and completion time for effective
performance of project. Various approaches of data accumulation and data analysis will also
covered in this project.

Project management plan introduces as an effective activities and processes needed to
identify, combine, define and coordinate all subsidiary plans (Board, 2017). In order to complete
project management plan, different number of elements will be included which is cost, time,

methods, collection and analysis of accurate data about the
study (Ciobanu and Androniceanu, 2018). For completing this
research, investigator require minimum £150.
Scope According to me, the scope of the methods which are used
like qualitative and quantitative in inclusion with primary and
secondary is understood from the point that it further help the
organisation to analyse the strength associated with the
accepted methods and its positive impact over organisation
(Gardner, Grantcharov and Dunkin, 2018).
Time In order to improve training, selection and recruitment

Quality The quality is must to ascertain while selecting any of the
method related to recruitment, selection and training. In this
regard, needed to focus over the factors which are present in
international global environment and according to that final
methods are selected which help to attain qualitative end
results (Gilani and Jamshed, 2016). Apart from this, I has
followed qualitative and quantitative research for performing
each activities of research in systematic manner. As both type
of research are essential and support a researcher in analysis
of the facts which are accurate in nature and provide authentic
information which results in selection of the best methods.
Communication Along with this, I will also use different number of
communication media such as voice calls, video conferencing
etc. All these are essential medium for me to communicate
each information for their respondents about development of
aims and objectives etc. (Joshi and et. al., 2016).
Risk In selection of sample size, development of aims and

objectives are consider major risks which will impact on
researcher while performing each activities of investigation.
Resources The resources needed by me for completing this study is
primary and secondary resources (Lorincová, 2015). It
includes books, journals, magazines, questionnaire etc.
P3
Work breakdown structure: It is a incremental as well as hierarchical decomposition on
the research project into different number of deliverables, phases and work packages. In addition,
it introduces as an useful model of the work which is performed in a research project designed in
a hierarchical structure. It is an essential and significant tool which supports to keep a detail or
an effective overview of the project. This tool is used by Nestle with purpose to divide all works
or tasks of project among different departments (Luger and et. al., 2016).

Gantt Chart: It refers as an useful graphical presentation tool which describes different
number of tasks performed against specific period. It is also identified as a visual presentation
where each activities or tasks broken down on a chart which makes it is more easy to understand
and interpret. It is most essential and effective tool in project because with the use of this
technique, a researcher is able to analysis starting and closing data for completion of each
activities in project (Nazir, Øvergård and Yang, 2015). In this chart, different number of
activities will be included which are determined in form of chart as under:

Research methodology introduces as an effective and systematic plan for conducting an
investigation. In addition, it is an useful process which will be followed by researcher to gather
data and information in appropriate manner. In this section different methods of research will be
included which are determined as under:
Data collection: There are basically 2 kind of data collection methods including, primary and
secondary. All these are determine as under: Primary research: For accumulating primary information, questionnaire will be
followed by researcher (Vainshelboim and et. al., 2015). As it is more effective because
with the use of this method, a investigator can easily gather reliable as well as valid data
about the study. Secondary research: Books, magazines, journals, publication research are consider
secondary source which will be applied by researcher. As it will assist them in
accumulation of in-depth and accurate information regarding the effectiveness of staff's
selection, recruitment and training.
Qualitative and quantitative research: Qualitative research refers as an effective method

the other side, quantitative research is another type of research which is used by researcher for
generating hard facts and numerical data according to the study. Both type of research are used
for this project and with the help of these research questionnaire will be prepared by the
researcher.
Sampling method: Non-probability and probability are consider two types of sampling
method. According to current study, probability sampling method will be used by researcher. As
it is useful method as compare to non-probability sampling because it not require more cost,

time, resources etc of an organisation (Zimmermann and et. al., 2016). Therefore, with the help
of random sampling as a type of probability sampling, 15 employees of Nestle will be taken into
