PMP is a formal structured representation which describes every phase of the project and
documents and determines actions in order to coordinate and associate the various planning
activities. PMP consist of essential aspects such as cost, quality, risk, time and resources which is
described as follows-

Cost- It is a vital component which describes how much cost is undertaken so as to fulfil
the project activities in a proper manner. Therefore, in conduct the research amount of
15000 is been required by researcher for executing the research. This will lead the
conduct of the project activities in a proper manner. (Burns, 2017).
Scope- From the investigator perspective research has a wider scope as it will enhance
its learning towards recruitment, selection and training methods and their importance
associated with it. Therefore this project provide wider scope to the researcher so as to
have proper knowledge about the recruitment, selection and the training methods which
lead in enhancing knowledge and conducting project activities in proper manner.
Quality- In order to execute the activities of research and project, it is vital for the
researcher to adapt to proper tools and techniques so as to perform the research work in
a qualitative manner.. Apart from this researcher also needs to adopt qualitative method
of data collection so as to interpret the results in the effective manner.
Communication- It is vital component of PMP as without effective communication
completing the project and research is impossible. As as investigator needs to adopt
communication channels such as emails and telephonic conversations as well as access
to internet so as to effectively fulfil the project activities in a definite time period. This
leads to the proper collection of data and leads to successful completion of projects.
Risk- In order to execute and fulfil the project activities researcher also faces the risk of
inadequate of finance and lack of appropriate time as to complete research activities in a
proper manner (Carayannis, Sindakis and Walter, 2015). In conducting this project there
is a risk that data is collected is correct which leads in proper completion of project.
Resources- Proper amount of resources are necessarily required to fulfil the activities
in a proper manner. Henceforth researcher also requires effective resources such as
skills and knowledge, access to internet and appropriate finance so as to conduct the
research activities effectively.
Time- Proper time is required by the managers to execute and complete the project
activities within the set time frame. and researcher requires a time period of 7 weeks of
time to complete the research activities in a timely manner.

Work Break down structure is an important document and is the first phase of the project
planning which helps the project manager in categorising and dividing the whole project
activities in small components. This helps in dividing the complex activities within a short time
frame and helps to fulfil the project activities within appropriate time period.
Gantt chart:
It is a horizontal graph chart which determines the projection schedule and ascertains that
task should be accomplished in an appropriate time. This chart helps the manager at Nestle to

In order to execute the research activities in a proper manner it is necessary for the
researcher to adopt various methodologies so as to collect the appropriate and relevant data.
There are different methods of obtaining and collecting data described as -
Qualitative method – This is an exploratory method of data collection which is
concerned with underlying reasons and behaviour of the individuals. In this method, ideas,
opinions and suggestions of the individuals are concerned and help in valid interpretation and
conclusion of data. (Carkhuff, 2017).
Quantitative Method- Under this method, it majorly emphasise on statistical,
mathematical and the numerical analysis of the data collected with the help of surveys,
questionnaires and poll surveys. Under this data collection method, results are analysed in the
form of mathematical figures.
Data Collection Methods
Primary- In this method of data collection,. the investigator for the first time to meet the
objective of the investigation. Here the information is collected in the form of interview
and questionnaire.
Secondary- Under this method of data collection, researcher collects the data which has
priory been collected by someone else and analysed by someone else. This method of
data collection is time consuming as researcher has to collect data through analysing
various books, journals and magazines.
Under this specific research, investigator has adopted to qualitative research tool and adopted
primary method of collecting data by using the questionnaire technique so as collect the relevant
data and interpret the results in the meaningful manner (Coker, 2014).
Sampling Size- It is concerned with the number of individual samples measured or observed in
