it, training is also an effective process which improves the efficiencies and skills of employees.
So that, they can deal with challenges and issues which are taking place within the workplace.
Chosen firm for completing this project is Nestlé which is a multinational food and beverage
company that is situated in Vaud, Switzerland. Company's offerings include dairy products,
Baby food, Packed food etc. This project will discuss about the aims and objectives of the
requirement of modifications in current selection, recruitment and training procedures. Along
with it, project plan which comprises of cost, scope, time, quality and many other things which
is highly required for completing the project. At last, some recommendations are provided to
company that will leads the firm towards competitive edge in marketplace.

method through which I have gained high understanding about these concepts. I have demanded
4 months time period from the managers of Nestle so as to completing investigation effectively.
For gathering relevant informations about the topic I have selected forty respondents who are the
loyal workers of Nestle so that investigation can be executed effectively. Through executing this
project my communication, decision-making, analytical research are improved which will be
beneficial for me in completing the future research programmes easily. As the topic was new or
irrelevant for me due to which I have faced several challenges during the research programme
such as unsupportive nature of respondents, improper management of resources etc. For
overcoming these challenges I bring the chosen respondents into confidence so that they can
provide better informations about the topic of research. By overcoming all these challenges and
process of recruitment, training and selection not be faced by them.
Training of employees is very significant for the association. Therefore, managerial
