MSBP Project: Nestle's Recruitment, Selection, and Training Processes

This project is an in-depth analysis of Nestle's recruitment, selection, and training methods, aiming to determine their effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. The project begins with an introduction outlining the aims and objectives, which include assessing current procedures and aligning them with international standards. It then presents a detailed project management plan, covering aspects like cost, scope, quality, and time, along with a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Gantt chart. The research methodology includes small-scale and qualitative research approaches, supported by primary and secondary data collection. Data analysis is presented through frequency tables, evaluating responses to key questions about Nestle's training, selection, and recruitment. Based on the analysis, the project offers recommendations to enhance these processes, such as formulating effective plans, securing adequate funding, and investing in employee training to gain a competitive edge.
