This project investigates how Nestle, a leading multinational food and beverage corporation, improves its recruitment, selection, and training methods to meet international standards. The research incorporates a literature review on globalization, recruitment, selection, and training theories. The project includes a detailed project management plan outlining costs, scope, time, quality, communication, risk, and resources. A work breakdown structure and Gantt chart are developed to visualize the project's timeline and activities. Data collection is conducted through questionnaires, with a sample size of 12 participants. The findings reveal insights into Nestle's practices, including the use of online recruitment, the importance of group work skills, and satisfaction with training programs. Recommendations include cross-departmental training, online testing, and HR software implementation. The project highlights strengths such as the use of primary and secondary data collection methods and provides a comprehensive analysis of Nestle's approach to employee development.
