Time: In order to conduct the following research, the researcher took the time to
complete this research is 9 weeks.
Quality: For the researcher, the quality aspect means that the project must be completed
in a way which does not provide any false or misleading information to the readers. It
will reduce the quality and degree of accuracy of the project so the research should be
done in an accurate manner and should contain the most relevant data which will help
both the researcher and reader (Fageha and Aibinu, 2013).

which are attached with this project. So in order to avoid these risks, it is necessary for
the researcher to make proper estimation of the amount of required to carry out different
tasks of the project (Fisher, 2011). From the viewpoint of researcher, the risks are related
to the wrong estimation of cost, time and conducting the research ethically.
Resources: It can be defined as the needed materials for the completion of the project.
For the researcher the required resources are pen, notebooks, books, computer system,
internet connection, etc. to complete the project.
P3) Gantt Chart and Work Break Down Structure

which it has to be completed and also shows clearly about the time specified in order to complete
the work in specified time frame. The following chart is mostly used in order to make the work
simpler and easier. Further it also helps in properly monitoring on the different tasks of the

Primary method: In this primary research the very new and fresh data are collected which
are not published in any previous findings or research yet. These are gathered with the help of
interviews, questionnaires, observations etc. (Hung and et. al., 2012).
Secondary method: In this research, the use data which is earlier gathered through first hand

research is used as questionnaire. Under this method, specific questions are asked from sample
size and their judgement will be treated as a perspective of entire population. The reason behind
the adoption of this method is to acquire only the most relevant data from the candidates to
match with the criteria which the company wants from them.

quantitative method in order to make the successful completion of the research, they can collect
data and information to find out or get the objective of the research in context to Nestle. They
use this questionnaire method on 30 employees.
Sampling can be defined as the method of selection some members from a large number
