There must be proper communication with workers, so managers of Nestle can know
about issues individuals are facing while operating in industry. With the help of proper
communication, it will be possible to make them clear with what they are required to do
and not to do. This will help in preventing overlapping of work and will also eradicate
issues from the work as well.
While implementing training method, there must be identification of different methods
and select best out of them in terms of learning and budget. Training and development
programs will help in improving both the personal as well as professional characteristics
of an individual that will help in his personal life as well as in their job performance as
well.
If specific training method is used then communicate it with employees, so they can share
their issues and managers of Nestle can get over with it.
For selection, managers of Nestle must use personal interview, while for recruitment
internal source (transfer) must be used. This will help in motivating employees and

collecting data, importance of questionnaire, etc. I face issues in order to complete this
investigation such as lack of motivation among team mates and improper communication
techniques. Due to improper communication technique, team mates does not have knowledge
about progress rate of project and this leads to duplication of research activities. In future, if I
will be ever provided with this chance to do it again, I will make sure to make improvement in
my coordination and time management skills with the help of which I can make sure to perform
future tasks in a better way. With the help of this improvement, the future projects which will be
provided to me will be performed in an efficient and effective way and will also bring positive
results. But I am able to achieve aims and objectives with proper guidance and leadership. Team
mates done their responsibilities in appropriate manner.
CONCLUSION
From the above discussion, it is clear that there are different approaches through which
managers can recruit, select and train individuals, but it is important to select best out of them. It
is important to improve these methods because this assist in maintaining long term relation and
improves profitability and productivity of association. At international level, global organisations
want individuals who are ready to work under dynamic environment. With the use of primary
information, I am able to get correct and relevant information from respondents on globalisation.
