services which they are providing are to be one of the largest food company whose revenue
which is approx CHF 91.43 billion (Turton, 2017). They are deal with large number of
employees working in the premises and also they enhanced their brand name by recruiting the
people on the bases of the skills, knowledge and experience. The purpose of conducting their
research resulting in bringing more of changes in training, recruitment and selection procedure of
employees to commit work in Nestle company.

main use of the management of the project in authentic way for planning and documenting the
planning according to the assumptions, facilitates and decisions when the project has been
approved (Kerzner, 2017).
Scope:- it is generally a way to gather and collect the information and data that is
basically determined to be scope in the project management plan. Research scope is so much
wide because when the information has been collected at the time of conducting this research has
been useful in so many areas in present and future. Scope of the research is very much helpful in
academic sector where the students can learn so many things from that and gaining knowledge
about the project and it is useful in future for conducting the research on same topic (Meredith,
and et.al., 2017).
Risk:- Risk is usually uncertain and includes many risks has been occurred due to the
uncertainties. It is important for researcher to analyse the risk which has been occurred at the
time of conducting this research because the occurrence of the risk directly affect the research
project. Thus, lots of risk has been occurred such as theft of data, physical injuries and lack of

Interpretation: the higher up table it is clearly interpreted that 13 out of 20 respondents feel that
the challenges which is faced by company in context of exploring the status of employees are in
relation to language barriers. As international level are so expanded and they are engaged with
large number of employee working with them thus if they motivate the employee and they are
not understandable with such language than it results in facing barriers in their learning and there
skills are limited to their scope only.

From the higher up study The recommendations has been suggested for the Nestle to
improving the selection recruitment and training process to meet the global requirements. It is
necessary to have an effective recruitment process in the company because it is way to hire the
effective person who is right for the job and right for the place. It has been identified that there
are different types of critical situations which has been faced by the organization and from
adopting the new and current trends is an effective way to overcome from that. From the above
study, it has been recommended that adoption of the new trends brings so many changes in the
training process & recruitment as well which is an opportunity and challenges for the
organization.
For meet the global requirements and needs it is necessary to make an effective process
and hire the employees on the base of their ability and knowledge easily affect the company in
positive manner. The recommendation has been suggested it is crucial to have an effectual
training process because it helps in developing the skills and capabilities of employees. Training
makes more confident to the employees from that they perform better and increase the sales and
productivity of the Nestle.
