INTRODUCTION
Selection and recruitment is the continuous process in which candidates in the

and training better plans can made for meeting the international requirements(Cornut, Giroux,
and Langley, 2012). The organisation selected for this report is Nestle which is a multinational
food and drink organisation. Its headquarter is located in Switzerland. Major topics covered in
this report are aims and objectives of the project along with Gantt chart and WBS. With the help
of this appropriate set of information will be collected from internal and external sources.

Background of study
The main motive of this report is to analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment
and selection in the organisation for meeting international requirements. Since the management
of Nestle is deciding the expand its business at the global level, with the help of recruitment and

Primary and secondary method of data collection- primary method is in this data is
collected directly from the respondents. In this research data will be gathered form
questionnaire. While on the other hand secondary method is in which data is collected form some
other sources. Data is this will be gathered form books, journals, magazines, etc.
Sampling method- These methods are basically of two types such as probability and non
probability method. Probability sampling technique will be used in this research, with the help of
