The following is the reflection of my own experience which I came across at the time
of conducting this research. There were several positive as well negative
experiences which I faced during the research. While conducting this
investigation, I am able to understand about best approach for selecting,
recruitment and training of workers. In addition to this, in the positive experiences
which I came across at the time of conducting this research was related to
improvement that has been made in my knowledge and competences in relation to
