work of a project in a systematic manner. This will benefit the company in achieving desired
outcomes in a specific time period. Managing a project in a proper way is a complex procedure
and require focus on aspects like time, cost, scope etc. This report is based on Nestle which is a
Swiss food and drink organisation, situated in Vaud, Switzerland. It will cover objectives and
aims of company and a project management plan. Also, Gantt chart and work breakdown
structure will be prepared. Data analysis and research is done and in accordance with that valid
recommendations and conclusion will be provided.

pet food etc. in context with present situation, company is operating worldwide. To sustain is
strong presence in market, it is essential for company to hire and select suitable workforce that is
able to manage business operations at global level.
