globalisation and to meet the aim it also includes some costing which is bear by the researcher.
Cost includes the expenses which are incurred on the completion of research. In the following
research researcher requires 75 pounds to purchase the resources and interpreting the data.

for getting feedback from them. Quality of the project is also ensure by the same. Researcher
ensures the quality of the research by regulating the time frame such as gantt chart and WBS.
Quality helps to ensure that the collected information regarding the impact of globalization on
training and recruitment process used in multinational company is reliable and valid. Nestle
ensure the quality of recruitment, selection and training process in global market by monitoring
the employee performance and compare it with the pre-defined standard by benchmarking, key
performance indicator, balance scorecard etc.
Communication : Communicating with the respondents help the researcher to gather the
accurate and reliable information for the research (Hart, 2018). It also helps to ensure the quality.
It can be done by different methods such as questionnaire, email, personal interview, focused
interview etc. In the following research researcher use the Questionnaire method to communicate
with the respondents and gather the useful information regarding training, recruiting and
selection method used by company and the impact of globalization on the multinational
company. Nestle communicate the information for adapting training, recruitment and selection
process by email, newspapers, magazines and social media such as twitter, Facebook, etc.
Risk : Every research involves variety of risk to Full fill the aims and objective of the
research such as time limit, cost, limited resources etc. but the here researcher use the WBS and
gantt chart to assign the cost and time to each and every activity which help them to cut down the
risk associated with the research(Kumar, 2019). The researcher face various risk while collecting
the information from the employees because of the limited time and cost. While adopting
improved training, recruitment and selection they have to face various risk such as some time the
recruitment agency provide wrong candidates which unnecessarily increase the cost of the
process. They also have to face the conflicts and retention of current employees because
adopting improved recruitment and selection process increase the probability of reducing value
of current or existing employee value.
Resources : Every research requires different resources to complete the task and achieve
the aim and objective such as hardware, stationary, laptop, approval of official websites and
respondents, Human resources etc. It helps the researcher to conclude the information in efficient
and effective manner. Nestle require different resources for adopting improved selection,
recruitment process such as details of unemployment rate, information regarding the candidates

Gantt chart and network diagram helps to identify the cost and time related to each
activity. It helps the researcher to regulate its performance in particular time interval and identify
that whether the research is done in proper direction or not. It also helps them to manage the time

Quantitative method means accumulating data in a structured way. This tool mainly
applies when size of sample is large (Russell and Brannan, 2016). It helps to get the accurate and
reliable information from the respondents. It can be done by Online survey, questionnaire, polls
and SPSS method. Here researcher use qualitative as well as quantitative method for getting the
respondent's view regarding the globalization impact on recruitment, selection and training
process.
Research approach : It explains detailed information regarding collecting the data,
interpreting and analysing them. Specifically two type of approach are been used by scholar such
as inductive and the deductive approach (Flick, 2015). Inductive approach use the observation to
set the theory while deductive approach use the hypothesis and test the hypothesis to make the
final decision.
As per the above research inductive research is the best way to interpret the data because
the researcher uses both research type. Inductive research help the researcher to make the theory
based on the collected data.
Research Philosophy : It refers to the belief and values of researcher regarding the data
collection, interpretation and analysis process . It can be done in positivism and interpretivism
way. In positive research philosophy, researcher role is limits to collection of the data and to
interpret them. It uses the quantitative data to lead statistical analysis. Interpretivism research
philosophy is based on collecting the data by interview and observation method.
In the above research researcher used the interpretivism research which help the
researcher to use the skills and knowledge to interpret the data in an adequate manner.
Data collection : While conducting research, data can be collected by two method such
as primary source and secondary source method. Primary method is used to collect the data at
first hand or those data which are not published in any other journal, websites, newspapers,
magazines etc. While secondary method refers to collect the data which are already published
and presented on different websites, newspapers, magazines, books, journal, financial statement
of various companies etc.
As per the above research researcher use the both first hand and published sources of data
collection (Alvesson and Sköldberg, 2017). By primary method they collect the information from
the different respondents. Secondary method of data collection is used for literature review to
analyse the views of different authors regarding the research project.

Sampling : It refers to the process of selecting the sample from a large population. It
provide option for the research to have a sample for gathering information regarding the
influence of globalization on HRM practices . Probabilistic and non probabilistic are the methods
of selecting the sample size. Probabilistic method refers to select the sample on random basis
while non probabilistic sampling refers to select particular or defined sample size.
Here the researcher use the non probabilistic sampling method to select the sample size.
20 employees are selected as a sample size for the research.
Data analysis : Data can be analysed by preparing themes, graphs and interpreting the
information. In the above research, researcher prepare the themes on the basis of questionnaire
and outcomes of the respondents (Schabenberger and Gotway, 2017). They interpret the data to
get the exact and accurate information and remove the undesirable information. The graphs make
the research more attracting and reliable to interpret information by the different viewers.
Limitation : It means the problem faced by researcher while conducting the research and
collecting data from different respondents. The limitation of the project is limited time, cost and
resources. The time are limited to the researcher, so they conduct the study in limited area with
limited sample size but to remove the impact of time constraint they use the primary method of
data collection, so they can get the exact figure what they want .
Ethical consideration : Researcher must have to conduct the study in compliance with
the proper ethics and the values to conduct reliable study. Researcher uses the consent form to
get the permission from the respondents and make sure to the viewers that the research did not
harm the values of any respondents and viewers (Fleming, and Koppelman, 2016).
