completion which mainly includes training expenses, advertisement and other

It is also recommended that company should use mobile recruitment strategy
which helps to save time and money and even, HR also take interview of those
candidates who are not able to come.
Further, it is also analyses that Nestle should use advance technology into its
working place that helps to improve the working performance of the employees
such that they may also start e-learning training session to their employees so
that it will help to improve the performance and their productivity level.
In addition to this, company should also create positive working environment
which will help to keep retaining the employees within Nestle.

Reflection
While conducting the above study, I feel quite nervous and excited as well because it was my first study and
even I did not have enough knowledge about the data.
But in every step, I learn new thing which further help me in my future as well. Initially, I was feel nervous and I
also have question that was I capable enough to conduct a research but the topic change my views and when I
start researching on this, I feel confident and happy.
Through this study, I also got an opportunity to communicate with managers of Nestle which helps to improve
my communication skill and also raise confidence as well.
Apart from this, I also face different challenges such that data are not enough which helps to meet the aim and
this cause delay in submission.
