 Nestle can make use of different ways in order to improve their recruitment and
selection process. One of the best way is to define the position which is needed to filled
in the company as it will help in selecting the appropriate candidate for the vacant post
in the organisation.
 Also, company should develop a selection committee during hiring process which can
increase quality of hiring and selection process at global level. Developing a selection
committee can help in developing a hiring and selection plan for the organisation and
