and execution of planning is to be done with analyzing the external and internal environment. The
planning of strategic management includes business models, corporate direction, international
strategies etc. The implementation process includes organizational structure, Management structure
development and handling the organization through ethical corporate governance. The result of
strategic management activities are to be seen in the change in revenues, company’s market shares ,
profits and returns etc.

- Its is headquartered in Vevey, Switzerland.
- In terms of revenues it has been considered the largest food company.

Inception:
- Formed in 1905 by the merger of the Anglo- Swiss Milk company and Farine Lactee Henri
Nestle.
- Farine Lactee Henri Nestle established in 1866 by Henri Nestle in Switzerland.

- And Anglo Swiss condensed milk company had established in 1866 by brothers George Page
