Recruitment & Selection is the process of hiring right people for the organization. In this
context, International companies plays a most important role to hire candidates from different
places. job Basically, the two common approaches taken by the international companies are
domestic based philosophy which is implemented by the home market employees to lead and
manage offices in other countries. Present research will outline the important aspect of
international companies and methods & approaches of Training & Development. Besides, study
will analyse the research methods and techniques such as qualitative and quantitative, that helps
to support the overall research material into deep perceptive mode.
Nestle is the largest food company in the world in terms of revenue, Nestle is the Swiss
company which established in 1866 by its founder Henri Nestle. Company is known for its good
food and beverages to its customers in a wide category of choices.

Background
Nestle is multinational corporation which is also very popular in food industry. The
company comprised by many nationalities, religions and ethnic background that working
together (Abraham and et.al., 2015). For Nestle, people development is the driving force of the
policy. Nestle company policies has includes non-discrimination, the right of collective
bargaining as the good performing system and managing work goals. The main purpose of the
study is to explore the importance of international company in recruitment & selection in order
to meet out the leading outcomes and opportunity and task. International organization understand
that trained employees are the valuable assets for the companies that maintained the positive and
productive environment within the work place environment (Dany and Torchy, 2017).
Aims : “To examine the role of international companies in improving the recruitment, selection
and training of their employees to meet international requirements” A case study on Nestle.

Scope : Project management is process which consists some essential elements that
describe the study into more detailed manner (Meredith and et.al., 2017). Scope is one of the
vital element of PM that define the importance of project aim. The scope also defines the future
value of the research topic. Such as in future the need of globalization has been increase in
recruitment & selection process.
Resources : Resource is the another essential element in research that helps to obtained
the system management. Without having the enough resources' researcher can not meet the
project objectives. Required resources are human resource, financial resource, research
techniques etc.
Communication : Communication plan is must be prepared by the investigator to get the
continuous feedback from the team members (Kerzner, 2017). Build a communication between
team-mates is very much essential for the research out goals. For example : In present rsearch

Quality : Quality is the another essential element of the study that explored and increases
the possibilities of better success. For example : Research quality is define
Cost : Cost budget has been estimated for each and every activity. It has already been
undertaking to meet out the different aspect of the business that explores the different

Risk : Risk possibilities have mainly present in each and every aspect of the research
process. Researcher needs to abide all laws and regulations to prevent the research from
uncertainties (Harris Aand et.al., 2018). For example : For the present research possible risk are
ethical uncertainties, uncertainty in rules and regulations.
Time: Time is the another component that shows the actual deadline of the study. Present
research will be completed within 4-5 weeks.

Gantt Chart : Gantt chart is the mathematical tool that generates the systematic process
of outcomes that lead the goals and objectives. Besides, Gantt Chart is providing the visual
communication presentation of the study that helps to measure the plan and coordinate risk and
specific task in the mentioned task. Present Gantt chart defines the process or the things makes
different opportunity and gain researcher needs to be followed throughout the process.
Work break down Structure : Work break down structure is a key project deliverable
that organizes the team into more appropriate manner. In order to get achieve the aims and

That helps to observe the data and applies the different theories to gather the research outcomes.
Research design : Research design is the specific plan or structure which consists some
specific different chances that explores the various aspect of the research. It has divided into two
parts Exploratory and conclusive. The purpose of chosen exploratory research is to generate
insights about the research aim. In order to conduct the present study, researcher will choose
exploratory research approach to explore the various aspects of recruitment & selection at
international level.
Sampling: Sampling is the most essential aspect of the research that consists some
specific structure of the research (Mackey and Gass, 2015). This is the essential kind of principle
in research method which needs to be select within the study. Sampling is of two types
probability or non probability sampling. Probability sampling that allows population to get
participate in the research such methods are simple, stratified, cluster etc. But on the other side,
non-probability sampling is chosen selected participants or group to conduct the research,
methods are quota, convenience, purposive etc. present research will be choosing simple random
sampling by selecting 20 managers of Nestle. That effectively share the information of
recruitment and selection in Nestle.
Data Collection : Data collection is the process of collecting resources and information
for the research aims and objectives. This process has been conducting through two different
techniques primary and secondary. Primary method gathered data from fresh sources like,
survey, questionnaire, interviews which has been taken through respondents. On the other hand,
In secondary data collection, where the researcher collects existing data through books &
journals, internet etc (Flick, 2015). For conducting the research, researcher will be use both
primary and secondary data collection technique.
Data Analysis : Data analysis is the practices that analysis the collected data and its
authenticity and reliability by the two different techniques. First is quantitative and second one is
qualitative. Quantitative method measure data through mathematical way through mean, median
and mode. Qualitative technique measure data through non metamathematical form. Present
study will be uses qualitative data analysis technique through thematic & interpretation manner
(Quinlan and et.al., 2019).

On the basis of above report, study explored the concept of international recruitment and
its importance to the business context (Farndale, Nikandrou and Panayotopoulou, 2018). In order
to sum up the research, researcher has been conducted research and collects huge information
and data through primary and secondary sources. In order to analyse or measure the data study
also taken use of qualitative techniques of data analysis to conclude the final ending. In other
words, it is very required and effective in terms of taking long-lasting work performance and
gain the deep knowledge of the topic. Study also has been taken survey of 20 managers of Nestle
to gathered data on the research topic. It has been concluded that, Nestle is well promoting the
employee development process and given efforts to sustain the business performance.
However, the study also mentioned the data analysis by conducting survey from 20
respondents. They mentioned and gives their reviews and thought on international company role
in recruitment & selection.
Recommendation
In order to recommend the company in the context of recruitment and selection
(Hamilton and Webster, 2018). Nestle needs to focus on the recruitment and selection to develop

need to abide all legal implications and regulations to better understand the environment goals
and objectives. However, the study also need to gain the different aspect of the business and
more realiable goal performance. Besides that, Nestle also more need to be specific to sustain the
team building by implying the new training and development approaches to make employees
more productive and knowledgable.
Nestle should also need to attain the standard policies and goals to make and better
understand the better long-lasting support material performance (Rapoport, 2015). However, it
has been concluded that international company plays a most important role to gain the deep
understanding performance in terms of recruitment and section. However, study explained that
how much company can maintained the proper productive environment for the better
employment performance. Therefore, In order to sustained employees company also need to
increase benefits for employees retention.

I observed and understand the different aspect from the present research that helped me to
gain knowledge of different topics. I have gained knowledge about the distinct tool and
techniques of research methods such as qualitative and quantitative, simple random sampling etc.
all such knowledge will help me to accomplish my future goals. However, I also got to learn the
role of team spirit and the importance of communication. I have learned throughout this study
that how to conduct servery and prepare questionnaire. overall, I have gained good experience
from the overall study. Therefore, present study helps me to analyse my own performance
through which I can improve my weaknesses and sustained my strength.
CONCLUSION
On the basis of above research it has been concluded that, HRM practices play a most
important role in recruitment and selection. Present study has been explained about the topic on
recruitment and selection. In order to analyse the data & information from this research is to
explained the important criteria to better understand the role of international corporation in
