1. The stakeholders
of the project have

High High This hampered the

the people. This
issue resulted in
running behind of

A proper gathering

The
communication
plan is important
so that every
activity of the
research project
is carried out
smoothly and
the operations of
the project can
be made clear to
the stakeholders
(Habermas,
2015)
It is important for
the researcher to
provide a clear
idea about the
project to the
human resources
so that they can
recruit, train and
select candidates
and help the
project to be
carried out in a
right direction and
gather effective
information
The
communication
process will be
carried on from
the initial stage of
the project so that
every participant
understands the
need for proper
communication
Communication
is essential
because it can
ensure an
effective flow of
resources and
proper
communication
can also allow
everybody to
know about the
roles and
responsibilities
which can help in
completing the
project in time
and with
efficiency
It is important
to use different
techniques and
tools like
emails, calls
and Skype for
gathering the
idea of the
topic (Harrison
and Lock,
2017)
Proper
communication
can help in
directional
sharing in which
the people can

and the concept

This type of
communication
can help the
researcher and the
participants to
conduct the
research
comfortably and
ensure that the
data collection and
analysis is done
The interview
will be comprised
of the open-
ended questions
which will help
to gather a better
idea of the topic
from the
managers of the
company
Face to face

properly. It will
also help to carry

properly which is
a significant part
of the research
study (Kendrick,
2015).

Project Scope statement
The project scope will be divided into the included scope and the excluded scope of the project.
Included scope
The researcher will be carrying on the research project in such a way that it can develop an idea
about the human resource department of Nestle. It will also show the conception about the
improvement in the process of training, recruitment and hiring within the organisation and would
include the implications of the different practices carried on by the human resource on the
employees of Nestle UK.
Excluded scope
The excluded scope of the project will be including the different aspects that will not be covered
in the research project and it will obviously not affect the practices of the human resources of
Nestle UK or other branches of the organisation anywhere around the world. Moreover, the ideas
and perceptions of the employees belonging to the other branches and offices will not be
included in the project at all (Kliem and Ludin, 2019).
Resource management
9
Document Page
To complete the project, different resources will be required that has to be included in different
sections of the project. Some of these resources include the following:
Material resource: The different materials will have to be gathered for the project so that the
research can be carried out hassle-free. Some of the materials include computers, notebooks,
printers, internet connection, secondary books, and stationary objects (Nicholas and Steyn,
2017).
Human Resource: Human resource is very much important as the researcher alone cannot
conduct the research and therefore there is a need for the researcher to recruit people who can
help him or her during the course of the project (Mehrabian, 2017).
Financial Resources: Financial resources include the capital for the research and other petty
expenses that have to be carried out during the course of the research. Overall, financial
resources of $3250 will have to be gathered and this will be sufficient for completing the project
efficiently
Quality management
Role Responsibility of Quality
HR
manager
The human resource manager will have to carry out the responsibility of
understanding the different activities and the way in which effective relationship
can be maintained among the participants
Project
Manager
The project manager will be responsible for guiding all the participants with the
activities of the project and will be checking for the performance periodically and
will be solely responsible for the completion of the project
Team
Leader
The team leader will be focused on motivating and leading the employees of the
organisation so that all the participants can achieve the common goal and
complete the project within time.
