Introduction
Project management is based on the analysis of the needs of the clients which in this case is
Globex and the company Virtucon is taking the initiative to develop communication software
named as Net caller. This software deals with communication between members and team mates.
The management of the project is based on the analysis of the needs of the client and assigns
effective stakeholders to deal with the same. The report will be working on the basis of the time
frame and the risk involved in the assessment. The quality management plan and work break
down structure will be made for effective application of resources. The consideration of
bibliography will be used in the process so as to learn from the learning’s of famous scholars.
The project will be based on the budget and allocated resources in the development of project
structure. The management will be defining the functionality of all the factors involved in the
development.

Project Description
Globex is one of the leading agricultural solution provide who is currently dealing with the
communication issue between manager and employees. Thus the company Virtucon has taken an
initiative to develop software to improve communication. Below are the major features involved:
 Developing a smooth communication platform for employees to discuss the issue
and develop daily activities.
 Quick and effective data transferring platform
 Provide better transmission to the employees and better source of information
sharing to the managers.

Part 1: Measurable Organisational Value
The development of the project is incomplete without analyzing the skills and knowledge of the
team members. An effective manager always makes smart goals and attainable objectives to the
team so as to make sure the whole team in effectively aligned and well versed with the process
and needs of the clients (Marchewka, 2014). The needs of these goals are to understand the needs
of Globex as they are the clients and develop the project based on the same. The goal of Net
Caller is:
“To deliver optimum customer satisfaction by developing effective services for Globex to
enhance the communication functioning between the employees and the manager and smoothen
business communication".
The applicability of this statement is needed in order to understand the customer needs and
develop a path for the team to work on. The need for goal is to identify the needs and deliver
positive work in the project and collect customer satisfaction effectively (Janjua, et. al., 2014).
This is needed to benefit the internal and external stakeholders and develop competitiveness in
the work force to deliver the product.

The analysis of the project is incomplete without identifying the needs of the customer and study
the impact of current actions on the future development of the project. This can be done by
identifying the major areas in the project that needs special focus so as to identify the major
