Introduction
Project management is based on the analysis of the needs of the clients which in this case is
Globex and the company Virtucon is taking the initiative to develop communication software
named as Net caller. This software deals with communication between members and team mates.
The management of the project is based on the analysis of the needs of the client and assigns
effective stakeholders to deal with the same. The report will be working on the basis of the time
frame and the risk involved in the assessment. The quality management plan and work break
down structure will be made for effective application of resources. The consideration of
bibliography will be used in the process so as to learn from the learning’s of famous scholars.
The project will be based on the budget and allocated resources in the development of project
structure. The management will be defining the functionality of all the factors involved in the
development.
