Executive Summary
Priority Advertising is one of the known companies for advertising and marketing in Australia.
The current space of the PA operation is not entirely enough at level 10 and level 11 towers in
the Brisbane Central Business District and thus due to their experience in advertising and
marketing and having some new customers, there is a need for them to enlarge their current
space and go somewhere else where they will operate freely. This report has majored in
highlighting the way the network will be analyzed, designed and implemented on the new
premises. The description has based its arguments on the type of servers to be used, the
variety of network devices to be used by employees ranging from personal computers to
printers and the way such devices will be used in sharing resources across the entire
organization network.

Introduction
The overall performance of an organization is said to be effective by increasing productivity by
having quality network designs that work together with the network devices, which are of high
quality and thus benefiting the organizations in so many ways (Merisa, 2017). The selected
topology of the network will profoundly affect the availability, reliability, and performance of the
entire system. In this case, if the chosen topology is not the appropriate one to be used for
implementation, then we may expect to have a network that fails in ensuring that the systems
are well distributed and that the two features reliability and availability are well met in all ways
(Bird, 2010).
The current space of Priority Advertising (PA) for operation is not entirely enough at level 10
and level 11 towers in Brisbane Central Business District and thus due to their experience in
advertising and marketing and having many new customers there is need for them to enlarge
their current space and go somewhere else where they will operate freely .
Project Proposal
The proposal for the project is comprehensive in the manner that they are dealing with a lot of
pieces of equipment. In this case, since the company needs to move into a five-story building,
the first idea is how a network design was to be implemented so that they can share data all
through the five departments, namely Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, Photography,
and HR & Accounting. In this case, we need a comprehensive report indicating all the network
types of equipment that will handle all the network bandwidth and staff without problems in all
aspects. PA is a company that is willing to spend they avoid network failures in the future and
thus creating an environment that will make working easy and much more lifting their objectives
and standards of work.
Problem Statement
The issue explanation that should unravel in this report is that Priority Advertising (PA) is
moving to another office in Brisbane, which has five-stories located in Brisbane Suburbs. There
are a few undertakings that will be related to the relocation of the organization to the new
premises, for example, the plan and execution of the system foundation and how it will serve the
whole association without issues and meeting every one of their goals.
Objectives of Priority Advertising
The idea here is explaining some of the goals and objectives that Priority Advertising needs to
look upon so that it can have an excellent and smooth network design in all aspects. This
sharing goes hand in hand, ranging from information sharing as well as transmission of data

from any location on the specified network. Some of the significant PA objectives are as shown
below.
 The proposed network infrastructure should enable the employee to communicate
effectively.
 All employees should use the proposed computer system without difficulties.
 There will be a need to buy at least three printers.
 The networking devices need for the network installation to be purchased should be only
used in the implementation of the network proposed.
Research Methodology
This system is involving as it will require the involvement of the management and all the
significant stakeholders using the network system when planning the layout of the network in
the new building at Brisbane CBD. In this aspect, the project will work well by being divided into
different modules, such as creating it from scratch by the use of a waterfall Software
development Lifecycle.

Graphic Production Department
In this department, high processing devices are required so that the visual production of such
graphics will be of high resolution. As explained in the case study, Priority advertising is a
company that deals with the advertising of bulky of information, and thus, there is a need for the
system that will be selected to be that one which will meet the required requirements such as
the one listed below.

 The Video Card put in place
 Sound card
 Printers
 Speakers
The following are some of the components which may be involved in this department and the
minimum specifications as well as a recommendation, as explained in the table below. The

 Another feature of this switch is that it’s maybe used in supporting remote management
through the dashboard of Meraki, which is known for being user-friendly and much more
very efficient when it comes easy to use.
 There are other features such as dynamic host configuration protocol (DHCP),
hostnames, which can be applied fingerprinting, remote diagnostics, and notification
alerts, which are done via the email and the SMS.
 The above feature helps in ensuring that there is a high performance of the network
through which the flow can control support and thus helping in the switching capacity.
