Ethical issue is forming an important sector in every sphere. The ethical issue usually
pertains in the sphere of business oriented processes. The company directs involve their business
role in different sector in order to achieve a better business opportunity, the ethical aspects are
mostly related with the field in this access areas with relate to the organization[1]
This report directly puts focus on a scenario where a consultant learns something from a
client and implements it into another client. Putting emphasis on the aspect of ethical related to

in an ethical aspect. In some companies the overall working of the company is exposed to
individual worker in order to increase the overall benefit. The person working in some company
may not be sometimes happy with the financial aspect of the company and may look over for a
better opportunity. The consultants may act as a savoir in this situation [1]. In this aspect the
consultant may engage the employee into some other company and as result of which the
employee may expose the working of the earlier company and benefit from it. Here is where the
ethical aspect is supplied. It is not ethical to directly involve in the working of any organization.
In the second case the consultant are directly involved. Some consultant provides support
in the field of finance. This can be related to the overall financial condition. In order for the
consultant to plan for the finance they consider the overall financial field of the company, and
sometimes extra knowledge of the organization are also taken into consideration of the planning.
Putting emphasis on this aspect if the consultant provides the vital information to any other
company it leads to an ethical aspect [4].
