Ethical issue is forming an important sector in every sphere. The ethical issue usually
pertains in the sphere of business oriented processes. The company directs involve their business
role in different sector in order to achieve a better business opportunity, the ethical aspects are
mostly related with the field in this access areas with relate to the organization[1]
This report directly puts focus on a scenario where a consultant learns something from a
client and implements it into another client. Putting emphasis on the aspect of ethical related to
the issue is the main factor of discussion.
Identification
Ethical issue 1: Every organization in order to expand their business involves specialized
person in every sphere. Making a company expertise in every sphere plays a very vital role with
regards to the company and its total operation. The consultants are sometimes refereed in order
to appoint best expertise employee. In some scenario the consultant can reappoint an employee
which is resigned from one organization to another. Not only resignation but with the aspect of
better pay and many other issues. This can be included as an ethical issue
Ethical issue 2: The consultants are sometimes referred as the suggestion factor for the
companies with respect to the total finance sector. The companies may sometimes report their
overall assist and funding in order of a proper planning. The consultant may sometimes lend their
ears in other personal information which if leaked to any another company may put the business
aspect of the company at stake [6]. This can be referred as an ethical aspect,

In the first case it is seen that the recruitment process of an organization can be converted
in an ethical aspect. In some companies the overall working of the company is exposed to
individual worker in order to increase the overall benefit. The person working in some company
may not be sometimes happy with the financial aspect of the company and may look over for a
better opportunity. The consultants may act as a savoir in this situation [1]. In this aspect the
consultant may engage the employee into some other company and as result of which the
employee may expose the working of the earlier company and benefit from it. Here is where the
ethical aspect is supplied. It is not ethical to directly involve in the working of any organization.
In the second case the consultant are directly involved. Some consultant provides support
in the field of finance. This can be related to the overall financial condition. In order for the
consultant to plan for the finance they consider the overall financial field of the company, and
sometimes extra knowledge of the organization are also taken into consideration of the planning.
Putting emphasis on this aspect if the consultant provides the vital information to any other
company it leads to an ethical aspect [4].
Justification of the evaluation
The employee is the main interaction concern people who mainly run the organization.
They also have the overall knowledge of the loop holes of the company and it should never be
exploited [5]. The engagement of one company personal into another company may have the
direct affect on the first company as they are very much in pressure of exposing the overall
working process of the company.

In the second case the financial aspect is taken into consideration. The finance of an
organization can be referred to as a most vital aspect in every sphere. The overall finance
condition and the involvement of the field where the investment are made in order to gain
business has to be a point to be kept secret [4]. It the overall working is known by any other than
the company official it can lead to a drawback for the company.
Conclusion
This report can be concluded on a point that there always lies an ethical issue if the
consultant don’t take the different aspects of ethics into consideration. The consultant should not
put any discremency factor into consideration. . The consultants sometimes form a very vital part
of the organization; they are always informed about the working procedure and many other
important issues. The faith that the organization put on the consultants should be also keep from
the consultant’s side.
