Personal Reflective Journal
In context of Network management within organization, it is mainly reflecting on the experience
of student and occurs in different aspect of their lives, whether it is personal as well as
professional. There are various kind of activities performed by student in the workplace. It might
have to be handled or controlled any type of complex situation effectively. Initially, it has been
described about the perception of student where how they will passionate about creating more
features and will enrich the learning experience of student (Martin and Rees, 2019 ). Basically, I
have focused on the personalization and aim is to enable or create a unique authentic as learner
journey. In this way, I have been developed experience, engaging, interactive and therefore,
memorable within network management. In my personal experience, I have analysed that each
and every individual people interact with their colleagues in order to establish a strong
coordination or communication.
Describe
At the end of different activities, goal or objective where learner have an option to give
better feedback from other. In this way, it become easier for student to concerning their own
experiences with context of network management within enterprises. In my personal experience,
I have been sharing both in class and outside class learning experience. It became consider as
great opportunities for me to understand network management concept and then using in
workplace (Novak, Breznik and Natek, 2020). Typically, Class room will help to me gain more
knowledge about the different approaches that will support for establishing a strong coordination
with other people.
According to me, it is completely based on theoretical approach. Afterwards, learning
experience of outside class means to understand the professional culture or environment. In this
way, I have decided to implement all kind of network management approach that already
learning within class room. I have been tried to use them at right time or right place. It means
that not only improving own learning ability but it also helping within own career growth and
development.

Explore
As per analysis, I have been shared the personal learning experience within both in class
as well as outside class. This will help for me to improve their own knowledge while gaining
more relevant information about Network Management within enterprises. Basically, I have been
used the different type of learning method such as note taking in class, maintain regular
attendance and other kind of peer learning. These are considered the most commonly used
approach where I have been used during classroom session and practical experience (Shani and
Coghlan, 2019). It is becoming consider as great opportunities for me to enhance the overall
business approaches. I have been analysed that various kind of learning method help for me to
improve the learning abilities.
Through this, I have been improved own understanding and also explore within different
organizational activities. Usually, I have focused on the peer learning where establish a strong
coordination with other colleagues. In this way, I have been explored the importance of learning
within different area or place. According to me, this kind of learning method can be useful for
seeking to design or implement better experience within network management. Through this, I
have been exploring the emergence or refinements of professional skills, attitudes, growth in
understanding, lifelong application of learning.
Evaluate
In my personal experience, I have been used the different method of learning technique
that help for achieving the desirable goal or objective. Learning takes place whether it occurs in
traditional academic settings such as classrooms, non-traditional settings (Shani and Coghlan,
2019). In this way, I have been examined the peer learning and other methods become useful for
me to variety of settings or ways. It often used as more preferred, accurate and inclusive
alternative. This kind of learning approach will be used to reinforce the individual goals or
objective.
On the basis of experience, I always involves the peer learning, regular attendance can
inspire or motivate to gather a lot of information related Network Management. Actually, it is

down in which important where I have been putting new skills or knowledge into different
practices. In order to improve own learning.
Plan
According to me, this is the last stage of learning experience where identifying the strength and
weakness. It became useful for me to enhance the importance of learning method which is
always supports for improving the current skill or knowledge in proper manner. Afterwards, it
will be developing an effective plan that help to improve learning ability.
