case study is on Australia’s major leading social purpose which support organizational goals.
The second case study is focused on delivering safety data management system across
dispersed sites. It is discussing on the key issues mentioned in two case studies along with the
leadership characteristics relevant to the case studies. There is also explaining of key factors
led to project success and ethical values which are relevant to the case studies. It helps to
build reputation the team as well as organization.
Key issues
The key issues in case study 1 are that the company assumed to complete its transfer
as well as go live within six months. The project management partners are using their
experiences gained from change in large scale as well as transformation so that they can help
company to move from its running operations. It also ensured that business systems as well as
processing from its existing services were being transformed to new world with no such

In two of the case studies, the main leadership characteristics which are required for
the project manager to properly conduct their project planning- strong experience in project
management and positive relationship with client. The project leader should have excellent
communicational skills so that they can interact with their project team and understand the
key issues faced by them [10]. It enables the project leader to communicate with different
levels of people in the organization externally. It enables to communicate project vision,
organizational goals and objectives. The leader should have positive attitude towards their
project members for proper planning of budget and schedule [4]. As a project leader, they can

It is concluded that the project leader is mainly responsible to communicate with the
project team members so that the project is completed on time and cost estimated. The key
