Organizational Transformation” and other is “System Implementation Case Study”. The first
case study is on Australia’s major leading social purpose which support organizational goals.
The second case study is focused on delivering safety data management system across
dispersed sites. It is discussing on the key issues mentioned in two case studies along with the
leadership characteristics relevant to the case studies. There is also explaining of key factors
led to project success and ethical values which are relevant to the case studies. It helps to
build reputation the team as well as organization.
Key issues
The key issues in case study 1 are that the company assumed to complete its transfer
as well as go live within six months. The project management partners are using their
experiences gained from change in large scale as well as transformation so that they can help
company to move from its running operations. It also ensured that business systems as well as
processing from its existing services were being transformed to new world with no such
impact on the project client as well as staff [3]. It should take place against the background of
supervisory compliances as well as human difficulty from nature of services to be carried out.
The key issues are simplified by experienced human as well as collaborative approaches to
make business changes.
The key issues in case study 2 are that project failed over earlier year while delivering
workable product to the business organization. The project client is limited in project budget

communicational skills so that they can interact with their project team and understand the
key issues faced by them [10]. It enables the project leader to communicate with different
levels of people in the organization externally. It enables to communicate project vision,
organizational goals and objectives. The leader should have positive attitude towards their
project members for proper planning of budget and schedule [4]. As a project leader, they can
commit to the project as well as display confidence in its positive impacts on project team. It
also provides a productive working environment.
When the project leader is not able to validate that they can capable, then they are not
gaining respect as well as trust of their project teams. The project manager has problem
solving skills to cope up with the key project issues so that the project team can resolve key
issues quickly. The project leader should undertake assessment of services, ensure to provide
business continuity as well as quality of care. The project management partners deployed line
of business processes like work practices, industrial relations and others to get business
success [2]. The project leader should complete its project lifecycle and conduct meetings
with the project team members. It helps to communicate all issues and problems in the
weekly meetings to ensure project progress.
Project success
The key factors which lead to project success in case study 1 are a structured way of
critical thinking about managing volume of project work involved, managing of project risks
and changes required for achieving organizational goals [3]. The first goal of the company is

towards client’s and staff’s services. The second goal is helping the organization to create
plan for managing upcoming divestments and development competently, while keeping

Ethical issues
In two of the project case studies, the ethical values which are considered are

related decisions as well as actions and in greatest interest of project stakeholders. The ethical
issues which are raised in project- failed to report the project progress to key project
stakeholders, privacy of the key project documents and information, compromise on cost,
time, quality and scope as well as not accepting responsibility of project [8]. In order to guide
the ethical concerns, the project manager is referred to the code of ethics so that the project
can get success.
Ethical values are playing a key role in project management to increase trust of the
project team members on project leader. There is also improvement over business relations at
various levels of project managers. It helps to promote fair decision making and reduces risks
in the project work. The ethics are playing a key role in daily interactions of project team as
well as team behaviours [6]. By means of this ethical standards, the project manager should
capable to take project related decisions as well as act on behalf to implement on project plan.
Due to proper implementing of ethical standards, the case studies are conducted efficiently
and completed on scheduled timeframe. Stronger collaboration among project leader and
team has determined transparency among lines of business, with ability to solve problems.
Conclusion
It is concluded that the project leader is mainly responsible to communicate with the
project team members so that the project is completed on time and cost estimated. The key
project success criteria are providing the client with quality services as well products. The

project manager should meet with its project scope so that the project organizational goals are
meet. The project outcomes are acceptable by the end user, client as well as key stakeholders,
then the project can get success. The success factors considered to ensure completion of
project are managing changes, providing authorized project acceptance, achieving project
scope and finishing the work on time. All the project success criteria are documented by
project manager to properly communicate it to the project team. By following the ethical
values, the project manager determines what is right or wrong for the project plan.
