PROJECT TITLE:
Networking is considered a vital toll that is based on trust as well as
communication where accessing knowledge through sharing
appropriate information (Harrison and Lock 2017) The purpose of
networking project managent is investigating the importance and
procedure of networking in an effective way by a project manager
whether it perceives increasing project success. In the present study,
networking of an office has been considered where Wi-Fi connections
will be made between the systems and develop a centralized system.
BACKGROUND AND CURRENT PRACTICE (1/2 page)
Network professionals are generally well versed in the technical area
like networking, configuration of router and switch and server
implementation. However, network pros are associated with the extent
of managing the project in professional and effective way (Kerzner and
Kerzner 2017). In the present study, the LAN are connected between
the systems, however due to maintenance problems and hardworking
issues, it becomes important Wi-Fi connection.
There are several practices went on regrading project management of
different types of projects and importance as well as effective
procedures for finding optimum results in networking (Nicholas and
Steyn 2017). However, it is important to discover research that
connects the project managers to the networking as it is considered as
inherent discovering communication as the key success of the project.
The current practices are dealing with the project management for
getting sucess in the networking projects in implementing Wi-Fi in the
office environment.
PROJECT AIMS/OBJECTIVES:
The project aims to implement WI-Fi in the office environment
successfully with the help of effective project management. In
addition, the procedure of managing networking projects effectively
will be evaluated in the project.
The project objectives are explained as followed.
To implement Wi-Fi system successfully in the office environment
To find out the issues and challenges faced while working on LAN
system and after implementation of Wi-Fi
To recommend solutions for overcoming the issues
