1 Introduction
The A2A organization is one of medium sized organization and it has Network
Infrastructure to provide the effective network for an organization. But, the current network
infrastructure is does not provide the efficient network for an organization. The A2A
organization has the three building and it contains the three departments like financial and
accounting, sales and marketing and information system. Each building wants the effective
wireless network but, the current network use the wired network and it needs to upgraded into
wireless network. The proposed network infrastructure must be providing the effective and
efficient network for an organization.

2 Identify the organization needs and constraints
2.1 Business Goals
The business goals for A2A organization is used to help a business grow and achieve its
objectives. It also set the organization goals and it is most important part of the organization
business plan. It usually outlines their goals and objective in their business plans.

2.3 Existing Network
The A2A organization use the existing network is wired network connection and it does not
provide the efficient network for employee, staff and business heads. It does not provide the
security for the organization. The existing network is also has the network trouble shooting
problem and provide the low network performance. The existing network connection is needs to
require the high availability and scalability of the network. So, organization decided to upgrade
the wired network connection to wireless network connection. The proposed network also used
to provide the high security and effective network for an organization. This proposed network
uses the Cisco network devices to reduce the organizational costs and maintenance costs. So,
organization decided to use the Cisco network devices for future network work.

3 Network Traffic Analysis
The A2A organization needs to analysis the network traffic on the network because the
existing network does not provide the security. So, it needs to monitor the network traffic to
reduce the network management issues (Kurose and Ross, 2017). The proposed network
infrastructure uses the wire shark network monitoring tool to monitoring the network traffic and
it will be analyzed. The proposed network infrastructure is used to ensure the traffic load for
local and internetworking flows. To analysis the network traffic by using the protocols and
quality of service requirement. These two requirements are used to provide the effective network
traffic analysis for an organization.

The Proposed network infrastructure is used to provide the effective wireless network
connection for an organization. It uses the Cisco network devices like Cisco router, switches,
firewall, core switch, access points and servers (Hallberg, 2013). These devices are used to
provide the effective network connection and reduce the operational cost. It does not require the
maintenance costs. It also monitors the network traffic on the network and it is used to provide
the high scalability and security of the network.

6 Conclusion
This project aims to makes new network IT infrastructure for an A2A organization because
the existing network does not provide the effective network connection and security. So, the
organization decided to create the proposed network infrastructure and it used to provide the
effective and efficient network connection. It replaces the wired network connection to wireless
network connection. This network also monitors the network traffic to provide the high security
for an organization. It reduces the network traffic load by monitoring the network traffics. The
proposed network design is successfully created and it discussed in detail.
