Executive Summary
The following report contains the details about the company Priority Advertising which is an
advertising firm and moderate marketing .The aim and the requirement of the company is to
upgrade the performances of their IT based resources with the help of renovating and creating the
latest technologies which in turn helps in improving the communication and networks of the
company.This report further helps in understanding various aspects including the hardware and
software requirements of the technology ,technical requirements ,information of the IP addresses
and the details about the latest and the emerging technology in the field of network and
communication. This report further provide the information about the plan and the budget that
already exists as well gives the overall information regarding the design that is existing and used
for the implementation of the system that is updated. The assignment basically completes the
responsibility of the employee towards the company.

Introduction
This report represents the information about the company given in the scenario whose name is
“Priority Advertisement” this company is marketing and advertising firm. The building of the
company contains separate floors for each department which conduct their tasks distinctly. There
are total six different departments exists in the building on different floors these are HR,
accounting, advertising, marketing, photography and graphic design. In the duration of three-
month the company needs to shift their office for that purpose the company hired employees to
check the source of IT and upgrade them as it has been proved that with the invention of new
technologies the present techniques available in the company are obsolete and needed to be
upgraded which requires documentation. The report consists of the updated solution and the
requirements that are needed for the solution.The report also consisting of the discussion
between the IP addresses, networks and subnets .The layouts and the network that are used in
the system are also given.

Objective and Goals
In order to provide services such as networking, communication, and internet accessibility and
many other services in which the company is lacking, the company Priority Advertising needs to
create the network. In order to provide the automation the company needs to provide model
network and for that certain goals are needed to achieve these are Security of network,
Requirements of peripheral devices, Analysis of the cost, Evaluation of the cost, Communication
designs of the network, Structuring of the IP addresses, Components requirement of the network,
Preferred ISP, internet accessibility and the hardware and software requirements of the
components that are needed in the system.
The above discussed goals are need to be achieved by the company in order to update its IT
resources which should be achieved by the company in time and these goals can be completed
using various recommendations that are provided in the report with all the details and
requirements. The hired employee is responsible for achieving all the required goals that is why
this report is created so that all the information is stored in a particular place and can be apply
effectively.

Technical Solution
The technical requirements for designing the services and the network for the company Priority

This solution concerns on the requirements of the user who are selecting the system .The
printer is a device which is require to print the information from softcopy to hardcopy.
The system requirement of the user is required in the solution.The hired employee will use
