INTRODUCTION
Project management is very important for the planning about the concerning project and
effectively managed them. For this purpose , there are various kind of tools and techniques which
are used in project management. The present report is laid on applying the concept of CSR
( Corporate social responsibility), whereas it used for the organisation effectiveness. Networx
company has been chosen for further study which is an online recruitment organsaition. It is an
online recruitment software which is able to recruit people and outsource to the concerning
industry. There are 53 employees in the firm with a turnover of 3.5 million GBP. In the present
report company expressing CSR activities with their working structure. Further , there are various
aims and objectives will be set. So company analysis and proper study on CSR activities of
Networx is carried out. The report will cover the recommendation and suggestions for applying
CSR in mentioned organisation. ( Du, Bhattacharya, and Sen,2010.)
TASK 1
P1 Aims and objectives of the Networx
The major aims and objective of Networx company is to hire high skilled people. With this
objective, mentioned firm uses various recruitment procedure with a team of 53 employees who
perform their to recruiting best people to other companies. . There are some clients who designed
websites for attracting large number of customer. This would help to gaining a competitive
advantage. Their is main objective of this company is serving best services to respected clients.
There are foremost aims and objectives of Networx which will be covered under this research. (
Arora and Dharwadkar, 2011. )
Subject : Implementing CSR activities within organisation to meet sustainable objectives.
Overview of the study:
The corporate social responsibility refer to the a number of social activities and practices
that would be beneficial for the business concern. These activities provide benefits towards society
where they operating. CSR involves various activities and working practices for their society to
providing quality services. One of the main CSR activities is , donate a specific part of their income
for some charity. It would create a great impact on the society. Which can be help to provide
transformation of the overall society. In the present scenario CSR is very famous. In current year
most of the company have to contributing their CSR policies to the respected society . It is

necessary to make all these policies which can be help to provide to the society for their welfare.
This concept is also helpful to creating a good image of company in their society which can be aid
to fulfilment of organisational goals and objectives. Networx is applying various CSR activities and
company mention about these actives on their web page where as large number of other
organisations will be interacting to these policies. A part from this it also perform many other
activities which demonstrates their CSR involvement. In further sections, various discussions have
been made for CSR activities. There is also some tools and techniques which are provide to making
a better research and analysis for achieving their objectives. ( Aguinis and Glavas, 2012.)
Aim : To employee the CSR activities for accomplishment of sustainable goals : A case study of
Networx company.
Objectives
To understand the role of CSR activities for business concern.
To analysis the importance of CSR activities for achieving competitive advantage.
To examine several activities performed by Networx in relation to CSR.
To recommend for CSR policies to achieving high objectives. ( Bénabou and Tirole, 2010. )

What are the roles of CSR activities which can be attained competitive advantages ?
Which CSR activities are performed by Networx ?
All of the above aims and objective will be consider in further through the different tools and
working methods. ( Fuller, Valacich and George, 2010.)
P2 Project management plan
Preparing a plan is necessary to design a planning procedure. Firstly setup proper blue print of
entire work. Further, pre planning is helpful to accomplishing the work in a right direction. This
would also help to provide fulfilment of all these objectives and aims. In present research project ,
plan is made according to which the work will be done , in addition to this, it has been ensured that
all factors and aspects have been covered in planning ( Ali and et.al., 2010.). For achieving of a
project it is necessary to follow all planing steps and consider all these factors which will be
mentioned in project. There are so many activities which are undertaken in this project such as
proper arrangement of communication tools and analysis the all risk possibilities which make
unproductive on it. A good research is based on all these activities which are mentioned in

Breakdown structure is made for the work distribution according to their workload. This ia
very effective technique to divided all work as according to the systematic format. ( Bénabou and
Tirole, 2010.). In context of Networx company, this breakdown structure is very useful to provide
apprehension each activity and perform according to time scale . With the help of all these process
work is accomplished in a systematic way. Breakdown structure is managed all work and task
according to their pre-determined activities. In this structure all activities are managed effectively.
In this whole process Gantt chart is a important element of the breakdown structure. Gantt chart is
clearly made for the shows work done as per the allotted time. It helps to analysing all activities and

In this research project analysis on CSR activities of Networx. In this research analysis the
all information and data. There are various techniques and tools which are helpful to analysis all
data .( Aguinis and Glavas, 2012.)
Research design: It is a systematic way to providing information about their concerning topic .
Research design s used for the data investigation . There are various research design techniques
such as descriptive, experimental, exploratory. These all are used in research investigation. In this
report research report used experimental and descriptive research design. Whereas, experimental
design used different management tools and methods such as Gantt chart, breakdown structure etc.
on the other had descriptive research design is based on primary data which ca be collect from the
general public with the help of questionnaire. ( Bénabou and Tirole, 2010. )
Research philosophy: It is a way to provide help to analysis the whole process of research. In this
tool research is based on assumptions. The researcher implement all CRS activities for achieving
successful objectives with the help of various kind of assumptions. Research philosophies is based
on all facts and figures which are more reliable and authentic. ( Kerzner, 2013.)
Collection of data: In this tool data collection is most essential for the any research report. On data
collection there is two methods is available . One is primary data collection method and second is

that overtime is the major issue in the organization. That force them to focus on corporate social
responsibility. 3 out of 10 respondents have viewed that there is unsecured environment in the
organization and people are unhappy with this point. 2 out of 10 have said that company provides
poor quality services to the candidates. From the discussion it can be interpreted that overtime is the

Interpretation: From the discussion it can be said that CSR is the great concept and that gives huge
benefit to the organization. 3 out of 10 respondents said that it enhances satisfaction level of
workers to great extent. On other hand four out of ten answers have viewed that it helps in
increasing sustainability of the entity. 2 out of 10 said that it helps in gaining competitive advantage
to the corporation. Thus, it can be interpreted that corporate social responsibility is an essential part
of business operations and with the help of this Networx wil be able to enhance satisfaction level of
workers by this way they will perform better and it will make the entity differed from other brands.

HR is responsible for the same. 1 out of 10 have said that Administration is liable for that. From the

activities in the workplace. 4 out of 10 respondents have said that people do not have much
knowledge about this programs so by giving training to staff members, Networx can get encouraged

chosen for study purpose according to which it has been found that company is doing well as it is
adopting various strategies related to CSR activities. But the mentioned company is deficient in two
areas where they needs some improvements. One is lack of better arrangement for appropriate
application of the implementation strategy. Other one is the organisation is not able to make right
strategy where they can able to attract large number of clients. There are some more
recommendation is as follows: ( Khan, 2010. )
in an organisation top level mangers have to cooperation with HR department and make best
strategies to attained high customers. ( Du, Bhattacharya, and Sen,2010.)

P7 Reflective report
With the help of this report , I have learn so many new things about their CSR activities. In
this report I learned Corporate social responsibilities of business concern. CSR is a way to provide
social activities for non profitable organisations. This report has been done with a proper planing
about their recruitment process. in this report I learn about the new recruitment software which are
helpful to recruiting applicant and than outsource. I gained the knowledge about the project
management whereas it helps me to managed project effectively. As per the above report I learn
about the significance of breakdown structure and Gantt chart which is more useful to research
report. I have gain information about the research design and research methodology. I have
performed the research as well in which collection of primary data has been done through
questionnaire. I learned that CSR is an important aspect that can help in attainment of objectives. It
is also help to provide positive image in the society. Further , I learned to carry out the qualitative
research and analysis of data collection in good manner.
CONCLUSION
This report is made for the overview of the CSR activities for respected business concern .
For this purpose the Networx company has been chosen for the online recruitments in UK. With the
help of this research company sated various strategies for making high profits and achieving large
number of objectives. In this report there are various strategies is also used in systematic manner
which are helpful to managed whole process effectively. Apart from this report there are various
aims and objectives were also made for the achieving high success. ( Du, Bhattacharya, and Sen,
2010.) In this report conclude breakdown structure and Gantt chart are used in research report.
Hence, the entire report concludes that for any business it is very important to implementing CSR
activities for their social welfare and build good business image in concerning society.
