The inclusion criteria were:

 The primary control that is necessary to control trail of English language.
 The human who is been subject to trans radical approach of neuron
below the age of 18 years.
 The participants are chosen on random basis who are chosen from one
group who use to take regular trans-radial approach for neuron surgery.
The exclusion criteria were:
 The humans who are taking trans radical approach are more than 18
years of age.
 The human is subject to any disease relating to neurons. The treatment option for the neuron disease is verified.

According to the Dong Geun Lee , the aim of the study the approach for the CAG and PCI for more
than the decade across the world. This is to document single operator experience with the TRA
and CAG, PCI both in the elective and emergency setting of test the value of circulation of blood
assessing the dual hand. On the observation on few patients the result that come out is positive
and leads to many other implication in the study. This has come with the discussion that tells that
radical approach is attractive alternative to the classical femoral approach for CAG and PCI. Radical
artery is superficial and making it easy to puncture and bleeding the controlled by the
compression. This approach is advantageous for people with severe occlusive aortoiliac disease or
difficulty in lying down. This has been said that conventional cerebral angiography has been trans-
fermoral and include the certain complication such as hematomas, retroperitoneal and pseudo-
aneurysms are some difficulties in this area of approach. Interventional cardiology has promoted
and adopted the trans-radial approach that will significantly reduce the access site complication.
This has increased from last two years and multiple studies have improved the patients experience
and decrease the chances of failure. Radial access is not been possible without the challenges and
one challenge that most catheters are not hydrophilic and not meant for the radial access. Hence
there is no learning involve in gaining the access, positioning the patient optimally that were used
Simmons catheter for accessing the cerebral vessels. In addition to it right radial approach could
be difficult if primary vessel of interest is the left vertebral artery.
From the point of view Kintur A. Sanghvi, it has realized that transradial approach is true minimally
invasive, safer, patient- friendly approach for coronary and endovascular intervention. This
evolved eventually because the safety associated that radial access should be default for cardiac
catheterization. This get the experience of over great deal in both personally and practical
experiences in the years of practice. The first thing that has been observed that preprocedure
testing for dual circulation of the hand is done through results and second is radial artery access
technique could be successful. The conclusion that could be drawn that evolution of arterial
access technique and technology has changed the field of endovascular medicine. RA access
consider as safe alternative approach to allow diagnosis and treatment of wide array of disease
states and international community has been developed to multiple solution for the same. Some
challenges encounter during the transradial catheterization and its growth is based upon the
greater safety and for respective patients. This tells the advantages of the practice as through that
effective and efficient conclusion could be made in the study. This become important for the face
the lessons and experience to draw the proper outcome of the approach. It facilitates to take any
further steps towards the study and practice of years.
Post procedure care-
It is important for the nurse to provide due care to the patient after the procedure so that it can
get recover on faster basis. It is an important site because necessary care is given before and
during procedure but after procedure care contributes in success of procedure.
Role of nurse before procedure-
 The nurse is required to make all necessary arrangements for the trans-
radial approach which includes medications, equipment, etc.
 The nurse has to do necessary test in order to see whether it is fit for the

trans-radial approach.
Role of nurse during procedure-
 The nurse's main role is to monitor the patient during the procedure so
that necessary measures can be taken during emergency
 It also has to also assist the doctors during the procedure and provide all
necessary requirements so that the procedure can be done in an
effective manner.
Role of nurse after procedure-
 The nurse is required to provide the quality of care to the patient so that
it can progress from the procedure.
 It is also required to provide necessary quality of health to patient by
giving proper medication on time in order to make its recovery fast.
