AI Summary
The Project Vision Document outlines the problems, capabilities, and benefits of implementing the New Access system, a mental health intervention targeting individuals aged 17 to 25, particularly those suffering from depression. The system aims to improve mental health facilities by recording patient stories efficiently, reducing the need for repetitive retelling, and ensuring that professionals have quick access to patient history. This approach enhances the quality of care, reduces patient stress, and facilitates better-informed treatment decisions. The new system supports the New Access intervention by providing a platform to capture individual stories, enabling specialists to analyze patient conditions effectively. The goal is to provide better mental health awareness and improve the lives of young people by ensuring that patient problems are properly recorded and addressed by specialists, leading to more effective treatment and support.

Problem
The aim of the report is to describe the major problems faced with the implementation
of new system. Ne Access is a mental health intervention that initially aims at providing
better mental health facility towards the people under age group 17 to 25. New access is
developed to target the people suffering with depressions. Thus as a system analyst a new
project is being designed that will help in recording the story properly at the first time. The
main reason behind developing this new technology is that it will be able to record all the
stories quickly at a time. Previously the patient has to re tell their story each time they met
any supervisor that lead to trouble (Rickwood et al., 2019). As the organization aims at
providing better health facility towards the people with mental illness it becomes important to
track a proper record regarding each patient. This will help in understanding and analysing
the symptoms quickly. Moreover this will reduce the time that is needed to provide proper
treatment. The proposed system will help in capturing the story at the first time itself and the
access will provided to the professionals dealing with the cases. In addition to this they will
be able to remember each story effectively. This ensures that proper treatment is provided
towards the patients and the information is circulated among the professionals in case of
emergency (Malla et al., 2016). This will reduce the time needed to re call the story from
patients and will also ensure that much pressure is not imposed on patients. There are some
illness and depression that becomes very difficult to overcome as they are associated with
someone close. Thus in such situation it becomes very painful to recall the stories again and
again.

Capabilities
The newly developed system will be able to provide a better support towards the New
Access health invention. The New Access invention aims at providing a better mental health
care towards the youth. This age group is the one that faces depression and thus it becomes
very much important to provide better health towards them. The capability of the new system
is that it will help the professionals to capture the story of each individuals separately. Thus it
will become easy for the professional to analyse the condition of each patients. There are
several departments within the Headspace (Clarke et al., 2015). Thus it is important to ensure
that proper details is offered to proper psychologists. The new system will help in providing
proper support and also will ensure that notes are been prepared while viewing this captured
footage. This will provide quick service towards the patients. Each specialist will be able to
view the recording as per there need and as many times they want without disturbing the
patients. People suffering from mental illness has a tendency to get hyper with even little
issues. Thus it becomes important to provide them stable life so that they does not face any
problem. Thus the implementation of new system will enhance the working of headspace and
will also ensure that better facility is provided towards the patients and the work of the
physiatrists will also become easy (Ducat et al., 2015). Thus it can be stated that the new
system will provide better opportunity for the organization and for the patients.
Benefits
The major benefits that will be achieved with the development of new system
includes better facility towards the patients. It will also ensure that proper mental health
awareness is created with the new access intervention. Apart from this it will also provide a
better life towards the young people (Bauman, 2016). The new technology will ensure that

each problem regarding to the patients are recorded and captured properly so that they can be
used at the time of treatment. This will be viewed by the specialist for providing better health
treatments. Every story has something new to tell and are related to the health of every
patients. Thus it is important to ensure that each story are being viewed properly and
efficiently.
In addition to this it is suggested for the patient that frequent interaction is needed
with their close ones so that they can share problems. The main reason behind depression is
that they are unable to share their problems with anyone (Saraji & Bagheri, 2018). Thus it is
important to interact properly with everyone and mainly with the parents. The system will
ensure that proper specialist is being provided to the patients. As there are different solution
for different types of mental health. Thus it can be stated that a major benefit will be provided
with the implementation of new technology.
