BUSINESS AND ORGANISATIONAL LEADERSHIP
The corporation is the business entity that is built only for the profit of its owners. This type of
companies usually has single ownerships and they employ people for their business works. The
next type of corporation is the B-Corp. B-Corps are the business entity that is owned by the
shared holders. The shareholder contributes money and expects returns in company shares or
issuance of dividends ("B Corp | New Belgium Brewing"). The profits the organization make, is
distributed among the shareholders. The non-profit organizations are the one that have the sole
purpose of charity. These kinds of organizations are formed most of the time by the people’s
contribution. There is no expectation of getting any profit back to the people invested. The
money is used for the charity purpose only. The non-profit organizations are to use their profits
for further charity work.
If I would have started a company, I would chose to have a B-Corp. this kind of organizations
are for getting the business done with having the responsibilities fulfilled. B-Corps use the power
of business in order to solve many environmental and social issues. This way, this kind of
business venture is effective in gaining the profits and making the world a better place.
Investments in such business ventures are easier to arrange from the shareholders. The profit is
contributed among the shareholders, hence, the economic aspect of the business in maintained.
B-Corp is the best option for doing a responsible business with profit gaining.
