Under the respective part, several aspects and ideas that are associated with the respective
video “The New Hustle” gives more emphasis on three of the Australia’s fastest safety Culture-
Startups, Canva and Vinomofo which have enhanced strong and adaptive mode of growth in the
market. The business and success of the respective organization started from the part of garage
offices where after facing certain disputes and challenges in their market performance they made
their adaptive existence on worldwide and created effective reach towards millions of customers
globally.
According to me this video can be a best example for the having a successful and
innovative path for the startup business to remain more successful and competitive in the market
under all terms. There are several interesting segments in the video, where I was able to gain
strong knowledge and ideas regarding the growth and effectiveness of startup business
organizations which also includes what are the key techniques and strategies that are required to
be implemented in order to remain more stable and reliable in the market.
My thinking and Learning form the Video
In the respective video, it clearly talks about three major startup business which were
associated with the Australian nation what are key major negative and positive impact the
founder of the organization had to face in order introduce successful operational part to their
business. In short here I would like to demonstrate some core sections that are related to the
startup business organizations about which the video basically gives major emphasis on, it is

about five business startup founders Luke Anear, the CEO and founder of the organization safety
culture, Cliff Obrecht and Melanie Perkins, the co-founders associated with the organization
Canva (a design based startup business which used social proof under the area of getting
appreciated at $345M), Justin Dry and Andre Eikmeier, they are co-founders of the organization
Vinomofo (they were considered to be a honestly build wine startup business brand).
The major emphasis and idea associated with the video is to give their audience a unique
insight towards the journey of founders associated with the Australian nation that goes outside
press releases and professional accolades. In the other part of the video The New Hustle it is
clearly demonstrated that, the founders of the respective business organization had to face strong
and intensive challenges and obstacles to survive in the market where, along with this it is also
ideological demonstrated that how these consequences and problems have helped and guided
them under the part of improving their psychology associated with entrepreneurship. I can assure
that this respective emphasis more on certain holistic appreciations that are related to the story of
startup founders.
In the last part of my discussion, I would like to add that in the video it is identified about
the cultural prospective associated with the executive producer of safety culture Luke Anear
where he gave more emphasis and importance under the part of showcasing several emotions
related to the system of human spectrum. On the hand other hand, there was a strong
prioritization in the part of showing everything has shade and light.

About the World of Work in the Current Competitive Era
With my strong idea and knowledge associated with the condition of world of work in the
current era we are surviving under the midst of greatest boom. Many strong and advanced
industries in the market are completely impacted by the form of technology in one form or the
other (Raziq and Maulabakhsh 2015). Apart from this respective part, there is fear in the mindset
of people associated with the respective societies regarding how the current technological aspects
generally mean to people and how the innovation of robotic technology will affect their job
culture and systems. It is considered to be a true factor that the jobs are getting automated after
the introduction of printing press. The effect of globalization and innovative features related to
technological advancements has affected the society at once.
I believe that, there are numerous problems and issues that are required to be solved. The
New Hustle here talks about the situation of three people where they wanted to find adequate
solution to the problems about which they were much passionate about. According to Australia
they consume affective technology deal but enough of it is not yet created by them on all terms.
