new technology is an issue because it requires huge investment and training to employees should

Adapting to technology is beneficial for an organisation because it helps in
motivating employees and achieving targets of company. It is important for an organisation to
apply new techniques so that employees can work efficiently and focus on achieving targets of
company. It is essential to adapt new technology because it helps in easy, faster and effective
communication among employees. It provides better and more efficient manufacturing
techniques which helps in growth and development of company. When new technology is used
then there is less wastage of resources. Training is provided to workers so that they can use
resources efficiently and there will be proper utilisation of resources (Kyung and Park, 2020).

management and ordering system. Using new techniques effective marketing and promotion. It
helps in boosting confidence of employees and ability to develop new and innovative

task at NHS. But other than this, I do have some weaknesses and some skills that are required to
be improved such as research and analysis skill, and communication skill. Due to this it becomes
extremely important for me to bring improvement within these skills in order to work efficiently
within this organization and for bringing improvement within my work. It is important to have
good communication skill because it helps in interacting with people and influence others. For
