Uber is a thriving organization that is based on the audience base that it has created with
the help of improving the communication standard around the globe. The business organization
is highly dependent on the drivers and workers. There are a total of 3 million drivers of Uber
located across the globe. This proves the intensity of business making that Uber is doing.
Business of Uber is completely based on the application that is used by the drivers. This
application is the driving force of the business organization. The drivers follow the commands
that are provided by the application. Hence the application that I used by the driver must be easy
to use. Hence complexity must be reduced. Despite reducing of the complexity of the application
thee main concern that is taken into consideration is that depth of the application must not be
reduced.

Project Selection methods that can be used for developing the new Uber application
The methods that will be implemented in making proper decisions regarding decision
making of project selection are calculation of the Net Present Value, calculation of the discount
cash flow, Strategic fit rule can also be performed in order to make the decisions regarding
choosing of the project, Usage of 80/20 rule can also be used in decision making (Gonçalves &
Von Wangenheim 2016). This methods will be used for better commencing of the development
