CREATING NEW VENTURES
I recently learned about how ambiguities and uncertainties can make people confused
about their own decisions. Life is full of difficulties and turns which we are unsure of and can set
us in more tough situations to take the decisions which are needed. The world is changing due to
which the responses of people are also undergoing shift, which can confuse others as they
become perplexed. The choices people are making in life these days are more unpredictable as
they believe that what can be predicted is boring and dull. We are never sure about what waits
for us at the other corner in life. This often create stress as we are constantly living with the fear
of making everything unpredictable and exciting. We often tend to forget that certain things are
way out of our control.
My own values have been consequently affected as I have thought how these ambiguities
are affecting peoples’ lives economically as well as emotionally. It is strange that the most viable
plans and options often become detrimental for us. The outcomes cannot be guessed and can
change even when we do not think about the circumstances. These decisions, as a result, also
affect my values as well as others when certain decisions affect other aspects of their lives and
the people they are associated with.
By learning about how ambiguities can affect our lives, I have realized that it is necessary
to let go and not control everything of our lives. We cannot control everything and therefore,
they should be left to take their own course. We should focus on the little things which are in our
power of controlling which might as well contribute to the bigger picture of certainties and
doubts.
The new sources of information which I have engaged in comprises of confident about
the choices we make and how this should not make us stressful. I am focusing on these aspects
by gathering information and improving myself.

My life experience, thus have been affected as I learned to be more receptive towards
change by being agile. While I was at a job where there was cultural differences and
representation of people from across cultures, I could not respond as efficiently as I should have
had. By learning about the things I cannot control, I will be able to respect and accommodate the
differences of culture and choices in a more respectable manner. There might be ambiguities in
responses but is very important to be sure about mine.
Others are to be appreciated for their effort and choices. There might be differences and
diversity which should be respected as well as accommodated in order to have a positive outlook.
This will help in dealing with ambiguities as well as differences which might arise because of
varying responses of the people involved.
A person can constantly improve and learn about new thing, as it is the most effective
way to become a person and also affect the lives of others. As a learner, I learned about the
values which are essential to simplify the ambiguous things in life. This helps in the process of
navigation while we are unable to take decisions because we are burdened with the challenged of
our daily lives. Uncertainties might be there but at the same time, one must be sure about their
own decision even amidst doubts.
